Since switching to ShowingHero

Since switching to ShowingHero, our vacancy periods dropped from 3 weeks down to about 8 days because renters can schedule and complete self-tours on their own time without waiting on us. We manage around 200 units and the automated screening alone saves our team probably 10 hours a week in back-and-forth emails and phone calls. Renters actually comment on how simple the process is, and our application rate went up noticeably once we stopped requiring them to book through us directly.
