I love my new shower head. The only problem I noticed is that sometimes the water from one of the holes squirts to the side instead of straight done which is a bit annoying but apart from that I love it.

I ordered this product which took ages to arrive and when it did, it was disappointing to say the least. Like other reviews, it felt cheap and did not perform as I expected it to. The spray was too fine for our liking which made you feel cold during the shower.
Upon contacting the company to request a refund, they do not reply within 24 hours as stated on their site. After a second e-mail, they suggested I video the shower in action so they could see the issue!!! I informed them it was not for us to and please inform me how to return the product for a refund. As expected, no reply after 2 days. Would not recommend this company to deal with.

I bought a new shower head from Showery as my current one was awful due to low water pressure.
The difference is amazing, it's good to feel the water actually on my head and my hair feels so clean . I looked at the reviews and ordered. I'm really pleased. Only clitch was the delivery, it was very confusing with regards to the delivery company but hey .. it got here and I'm happy with the purchase . Very much recommended.

Terrible product - advertised as helping filter limescale etc but due to the tiny holes it clogged with limescale quicker than any shower head I’ve ever had. Customer service non existent.

I’m really impressed with the shower head I bought from Showery UK. The build quality feels solid and the design looks great but what really stands out for me is the performance. It has 5 different spray modes and the strong massage jet is easily my favourite — it’s powerful, invigorating and perfect after a long day. The water pressure feels fantastic and instantly upgrades the whole shower experience. I honestly look forward to using it every day. Highly recommend if you want both variety and a proper high-pressure spray.

Just purchased new head due to drop in pressure over last few weeks. Had boiler checked a the flow rate is low but within united utilities criteria, all be it does seem low. Had a new water main put in last year so there is no issue with supply from outside to my taps.

Seen showery advertise head is good for low pressure systems. Easy to fit but has made zero difference. Seen cheaper ones on Amazon but think you always get what you pay for, unfortunately not in the case of Showery UK

After several emails back and forth if trying to return the product back I am still waiting on clarity on where to return the product to get a refund. I found put the shower head is not compatible with my shower, which I informed them straight away. I asked for a refund and they have been so difficult. I havent even used the product and just want to return . It has beem really poor cust9mer service I tell you. I have never had it this bad in my life.

Was tired of the performance of my old shower head so decided to try out a new one for low pressure showers came across showery online and give one of theirs a go .What a difference ,improved my showers performance a lot.

Received latest shower head the Hydro Boost 4.
After testing against the previous model ECO Flow20, the pressure was the same not improved.
Tried to contact the company via two e-mails, both were unanswered, even though the company states on their web page they will respond in 24 hours. We paid through PayPal so our money was safe, the claim through PayPay was acted on straight away. I am waiting to see how fast the company will respond to get their shower heads back. Our advice to all customers, pay with PayPal, test the shower heads straight away, if not happy contact company by e-mail, you will not get an answer, but Pay Pal will ask you if you have contacted the company. Because you have responded straight away you will get your money returned via PayPal. Do not delay, remember you have 60 day guarantee. Hope this has been useful. Best part of order, well packaged.

Item delivered to wrong address. Admittedly that was Evri’s mistake. But I’ve no idea where it went.
But Showery won’t reply to my emails trying to fix this. All I want is my item or a refund.
Terrible customer service.

Terrible - product is rubbish and does not do what is stated in their advertising. Have tried to contact them and had absolutely no response, despite chasing and their claim to respond in 1 working day. Wish I had read the reviews on here first as it looks like a common problem!

AVOID this company at all costs. They sent an item I cancelled, it took 12 days to arrive. I eventually got a response to send it back, it cost me £6.90 to return it, signed for. I contacted them 5 times after it had been received by them but got no response at all. I sent pictures of the signature, delivery note etc but I was totally ignored. After 2 weeks I went through the PayPal resolution centre and they issued me a refund immediately, thank heavens for them being on my side.

Received showerhead - cheap item , lightweight plastic - does not increase power as I suspected - company have not replied to my e mails or acknowledged them ! 30 pound shower head can be bought on e bay - identical for less than 10 pounds -
I feel this is misleading advertising-

Loved my turbo shower head for the most part. Until it went wrong. The screw-in section of the plastic nozzle sprung a leak on one side, and then the pressure blew a hole in the side.

You'd think it being a screw-in part that Showery would sell you the spare part? No. They don't stock parts like that.

Instead the originally offered to replace it. Yay. Then said that it was beyond their two-year warranty and they couldn't do anything for me, except give me a discount to buy a new one.

Takes weeks for them to respond to emails, too. So my £30 showerhead is reduced to junk because of a plastic component that is easily replaced in seconds.

First and last time I will buy from them.

Absolute shower of S__t of a company. Sent out a defective shower head, "promised" by the illusive Mia that a replacement would be sent out and to wait 14 - days, it's now 25 days and no sign of said replacement head and Mia has done a bunk. Please please avoid at all costs.
Fancy website and they promise the world, in reality that's a huge lie.

Terrible company do not use them trying to return substandard products they don’t respond at all even though response time stated on there website as 24 hours. Avoid Avoid.

Ordered 2 shower heads which arrived in good time, however as others have stated, made no difference to shower pressure. Contacted the company and ‘Mia’ replied advising they would issue better replacements. When chased was advised I needed to wait 10 to 14 days for them to arrive (no idea why it takes that long). 15 days past and nothing received (despite also asking for tracking number and even courier name). Under the FAQ section it mentions that they will try and resolve issues or issue a full refund, return of items not required. I’m not holding my breath! I’d question ordering from this company. Lots of promises on website which appear to be hot air!

I bought this shower head hoping to improve my water pressure, but it actually made it worse, despite the claims. I can’t believe they charge £70 for this, completely not worth it. After raising my concerns, I’ve had no response for over a week, even after following up and reaching out on social media. Terrible customer service and very poor quality."
