Great customer service from Luke and the team when I discovered I'd been sent the wrong size. Helped me get a replacement in double quick time.

Seeing the last two reviews I was cautious about ordering from shower-glass.co.uk. Happily this all went without hitch.
Apparently, the website has been purchased by a company, bespokeglassonline.co.uk , that provides exactly the same range of products as the old owners and needed a better online presence. They were very professional and helpful.

Don't place orders!
Apparently they went into administration, but kept their webshop open for accepting orders. Disgusting!!

We have placed an order with Showerglass a monh ago, as glass they dilevered wasn’t in right dimennsions.

They promissed to send a new glass (for extra money of course) with delivery up to 12 days.

When we contacted them after 2 weeks, they apologised they have forgot to place our order trough.

Two weeks later, we keep following them up, althouh, no one is replying, no updates, no sign of our glass.

Extremly unfrofesional and unreliable.

We ordered a bespoke shower panel from Shower Glass Limited and it is perfect. Absolutely brilliant customer service and fantastic quality product.

Needed slightly complex bespoke shower glass supplied quickly for my project and Lee was super helpful and quick in response and recommendations. Managed to get it all safely arriving on site within 10 days and installed and looks and works great. Answered extra questions from installer quickly. Would highly recommend and better value that a lot of other companies that were 4-6 weeks lead time.

I had cause to complain to this company about its delivery date. I couldn't have met with a better response. Owner Lee delivered my shower screen in days. He's a great chap. The shower screen supplied is superb. Lee even threw in the sealant and other items. A great company and a great guy.

Really impressed with this company. From my initial enquiry all the way through to after sales support, they have been really quick to respond, helpful and competent. Will use them in future without a doubt.

Needed replacement seal for shower door. Excellent range of products so easy to find an exact match. Longer lengths than other suppliers so no joins needed. Prices competitive and delivery was very fast - ordered at 1.30pm on Thursday and arrived at 1pm on Friday!

These guys have been excellent, we found them after doing some research online as we were struggling getting what we wanted. Lee and his team sourced the perfect colour match for the hinges, offered advice on the type of glass we’d need and it all came in at a very reasonable cost and the end result is superb! Please do look at these guys when you need help, it’s bespoke and top quality - We can highly recommend
