As a regular client , I placed an order with Showcase early June.
The order was delivered to my home whilst I was out and was returned to sender.
I have regularly contacted Showcase.co to deal with this issue. ( Redeliver or Refund the cost of the order).
At first, they responded hinting that the order had been delivered at my place - as per Royal Mail tracking service ( it wasn't . It was redelivered to their offices and signed for (!))
After I explained to them the situation, my emails just get ignored.
No one responds to them
Literally ghosted.
This is NOT the way to treat your clients !

What a fantastic event organised by a brilliant team! Showcase where there to help from start to finish. Everything at the Neptune warehouse sale was well put together. Picking up my items was fuss free and the team helped in so many ways, even when we thought the items wouldn't fit in the van, we all worked together to come up with a solution. Well orchestrated and executed - thank you for making it a pleasant and exciting experience. Good luck for the next one ;)

What a difference this sale was to the previous one (actually making it through the door this time round!!) and the experience could not have been more pleasant from initial help within the car park through to final purchases. Katie and her outstanding team navigated their way through a number of procedures, ensuring help was at hand, whenever required. Every single member of staff went out of their way to be helpful and it really was a masterclass in customer service. They were outstanding ambassadors for 'Neptune' and made not insubstantial purchases extremely easy. Returning over the weekend to collect furniture once again, we were met with kindness, efficiency and a heartfelt 'welcome back'. I would HIGHLY recommend 'Showcase' and future customers should feel they are in safe hands with such a well schooled team looking after their interests. A very BIG 'Thank You' from a delighted customer! :-)

The Neptune event itself was fine but the delivery partner they use is completely unacceptable. They charged £160 to deliver three small/medium pieces of furniture 30 minutes down the road when by their own admission they were already delivering in our area which I thought was extortionate but didn’t have much choice. We were told they would deliver by 11am Sunday morning, and having stayed in all day on Sunday waiting it is now midday Monday and we have no furniture and no communication or response to my emails as to where it is or when or if it is arriving.

Event was very well organised although we didn’t find anything we wanted to buy. Accessories Items still quite expensive compared to elsewhere. Neptune needs to review their purchasing as many items were labelled ‘overstocked’.

A great event, particularly as we were able to buy the exact table that I have been hankering after for some time, at a really well reduced price. The best thing though was the team in place on the day of our visit (Sunday morning). From a kind team member looking after our little dog downstairs so that my husband and I could look at the piece together, from plenty of help and advice on the sales floor (Michelle) and another really helpful guy who's name I've forgotten (sorry). The queuing at the end was time consuming, but the discount available on the day, made this worthwhile.

Painful ticket booking procedure with all sorts of draconian rules. Stayed about 10 minutes. Huge warehouse full of rather worn looking large furniture. Very small selection of the smaller items.

A very well run event by Showcase, on behalf of Neptune. Staff were efficient and friendly and it was a pleasure to visit. My only minor complaint would be the queuing at the tills ft or the accessory items - in future more tills please.
The pick up /collection point was smooth and plenty of strong guys to assist with loading.
Very well done and I will now look out for more Showcase events. Thank you.

This was an excellent sale and a very positive experience from start to finish. The staff, from those on the door, to those on the warehouse floor and those on the tills were extremely polite, friendly and completely willing to help.
The sale was very well organised with the right amount of visitors in the warehouse at one time. The time slot was adequate time to browse.
This was my first experience, but I’m now looking forward to the next event!
Would recommend 100%!

Attended the Neptune Warehouse sale in Swindon. The sale itself was disappointing. Much of the furniture was dented and knocked about and the accessories were bland. Sofas which were marked were still £2000. The reason for the high mark is for Showcase themselves. Very well organised but the team of staff, from the lady in the car park, reception and the people on the floor were a credit to the company. Very friendly, helpful and hard working.
