Positive experience working with ShotCount!
I appreciate the ease of scheduling ShotCount installers. They have an automated communication and invoicing system. It made the process very clear and provided all the necessary details. On installation day, the crew was friendly and professional. They worked a very long day to install 3 bathrooms worth of wallpaper and stayed diligently on task.
My only bit of feedback, and it's minor, is that I was not given an arrival time until the day OF the installation. It would have been helpful to know, a few days in advance, what time the installers would be on the jobsite. Beyond that it was a very positive experience and I wold recommend them highly to others.

Difficult to work with
Some of the rudest, most aggressive contractors I have ever worked with. I will not hire them again, even though they are cheaper than many competitors, because they were so shockingly disrespectful. I would give them 1 star because of how unpleasant the experience was, but the work they ultimately did was fine, so I will give two stars to be fair.

How would we improve our attitude and actions if you do not tell us what made you feel disrespected?
Also, I see the records that you hired us twice. Once in September 2021 and the second time in December 2021. Were both experiences disrespectful and why did you hire us a second time if you felt this way. Just wondering because you mention that you will not be hiring us again although that's exactly what you did.
Just trying to get into the cause effect/repeat business dynamics.
The job was done well
The job was done well. But I was rescheduled 2 times and I was given no estimate of when the workers were coming. Then the manager called me I missed like one or two calls in 20 mins and the man said he was calling for 30 mins. He didnt give them my number which makes no sense, then said they were out of the apt door which they were not.
A time window would have prevented me from getting a parking ticket.
