BE CAREFUL !! link expired in min after i sent all my hard work gone and some customer

I use to like this site as it made it easy for novices and experts alike to custom track their web traffic. The platform has great enterprise level capabilities making it a worthy tool in a professionals toolkit. However, I noticed that links expire quickly, so now i use shorturl.me instead. It's easy to access and view reporting metrics it's easy to create many URLs in bulk if necessary for a campaign

worst experience on a website I believe i have ever had, I used the shortnener, sent an email, and could not get to the original link again. Only to the Short Url homepage. Worst.

Absolute scam....links expire immediately and it ruins the message.

This is absolutely service to be banned as they trick users to use their service for free and provide them to create short url and once its placed they redirect it to their landing page. Probably stupidest marketing scam I ever saw thinking that somebody would subscribe to their services after

Somehow, this got on my phone, and it has started sending one message after another about needing to scan my phone, install security software, and so on. It tries to act like it's Google sending you the messages, but you can see it's from shorturl.at. SCAM. VIRUS. MALICIOUS. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Crap service, don't bother using it - the shortened link expired in less than a week. Nowhere on the site do they mention that the shortened URLs expire.

Links deleted after 3 hours terrible company waste of time. But looks like their SEO guy know his job pity to have terrible product

I embroidered a QR code that included an shorturl.at link.
It took a lot of time.
The shorturl.at did not work.

I have the same experience as previous reviewers, url stopped working all of a sudden while it was not linking to a malicious webpage or something.

Avoid like the plague. Their terms & services say they can delete links at their discretion without notice, and indeed they do, and the shorturl just redirects to their own home page after a while.

AVOID.

Shortened a URL for a QR code to appear on tons of marketing materials. The code worked at first but eventually directed users to the shorturl.at homepage which displays disgusting ads.

Absolutely no way to contact support except a basic contact form which I suspect goes directly to trash.

Also contacted rebrandly.com which is displayed on their website to upgrade. Rebrandly advised they have no connection to shorturl and don't know why their details are displayed! I think this site is a scam to farm ad views.

Note that when posting a review here you can check a box to notify them of the review by email - but the email bounces! Absolute dead end.

As with all the other reviews, the short link worked initially, then pointed to a different website once it was live.

Same experience as the other reviews. URL worked for the first day and then suddenly started redirecting to a Facebook post about killings in the middle east.

i'm not sure when the links stopped working but whenever i click them now, one takes me to a t series youtube video and one takes me to shorturl.at itself. i have emailed support and received nothing back for days now. avoid

How come this product has such a high Trustpilot rating when all the reviewers have given it 1 star???

I'm not sure if there is a TTL (Time To Live) setting or it's just a scam, but after a few minutes the shortened URL you create stops working as you set it up, and starts sending people to a different website.
Totally useless and potentially dangerous.

As already stated, shorturl.at is a scam: it works the first time, but afterwards it directs users to a different URL. Be safe, don't use it!

This service is a joke. The first time you copy the link to just check it, it works. Then the next time you paste exactly the same link into your post on social media - it leads you to nowhere. Happened several times.

Created a short URL. Now when users click on that link it takes them to a completely different URL than what I configured. Very embarrassing.
