Was a little worried after reading…

Was a little worried after reading these reviews (after I already placed my order) but ended up being happily satisfied with my purchase. Placed the order Jan 8th, and received my shoes Jan 12th. Packaging and shoes look great. Hopefully they can address whatever other issues people seem to be having. All in all I am happy with my purchase experience.

When I received my shoes

When I received my shoes, there were two different sizes in the box. First order with WSS and it will be the last order with WSS, buyer beware. They don’t replace only return and refund, hopefully I’ll get my $129 refunded.

Order a pair of she's that never came. They opened a case and closed it without giving me a replacement or refund they just said they were delivered and there wasnt anything they could do. I told them that I didn't get the shoes but still no resolution. Bad business!

No refund given

I bought 2 pair of shoes online from WSS but 1 of the pairs came scratched where you could visibly see it. I returned and followed all that was needed but I ended up not getting my money back. I had to call them multiple times to even get an answer on what was going on. WSS kept saying they did the return and that the money was not with them but my bank could not find any amounts returning from them. I never did get an answer as to where the money went nor did they try to help. Never ordering from them again.

This company is atrocious

This company is atrocious. I placed an order on 11/4 for 9 pairs of shoes and was excited to be able to purchase with the 40% off discount. My order total was over $500 and then I check my order status and I’m told my order was cancelled or “systematically rejected” because it exceeded the amount allowed for the promo code yet their system allowed it. I reached out to customer service and they said repeatedly that there is no way they can bypass. I told them that I will minimize my order if need be. Again they said they cannot bypass and the promo code is no longer valid. This is horrible customer service. They created the issue, yet they’re not willing to take care of the order and the customer. They just wrote it off and do NOT care about their customers. In this current economy they should be making every effort to correct the issue that they are 100% responsible for. DO NOT do business with this company. Take your business elsewhere. This is all a real shame.

My husband and I recently visited the Congress and Hypoluxo store, and Lamar provided exceptional service. He went above and beyond to ensure my husband got the work boots and special socks he needed. Lamar even assisted us in setting up accounts, helping us access additional coupons. His friendly and energetic attitude made our shopping experience truly enjoyable. We’re grateful for his dedication and support!

This company cheated me out of a pair…

This company cheated me out of a pair of Adidas sneakers. They use FEDEX and needless to say that I never received the sneakers. FEDEX refused to pay the claim and so did WSS. It is unfair that I paid them for sneakers that I never received and they didn't life a finger to do anything about it. I will NEVER order ANYTHING from them again. As we approach the holiday season, I urge you to consider the gamble of whether or not you will receive your package too!

One of the worst online stores. They sent me one shoe in the box. They don't check inside the box before shipping. The only good thing is fast shipping but poor customer service. They need to do a better job handling products. Unexcusable. I don't recommend this online store

They love passing the blame to the…

They love passing the blame to the customer. I ordered a Spurs championship hat, but FedEx says it was delivered. I contacted WSS about the situation, and I was told it would take two weeks for them to get back to me to say your request has been denied.

They had the audacity to suggest, "please contact your local authorities." What a way to pass the blame.

Do not buy from this company—shady practices and terrible customer service.

If I could i would put negative stars. This is 2 and a half weeks now of me not getting my order and after spending over $100 its unacceptable. The have the worst customer service out of any company i have ever in my life dealt with and they obviously aren't too bright either. I have been waiting 10 "business days" and was told today that it has only been 8 i then screenshot the calendar and circled everyday that were business days sent it back and the dummy said that's 8. Idk where the went to school but Mon-Fri is 5 days plus another 5 is 10 not 8. Anyway, i keep getting the run around about my refund and my order. I also don't know what kind of investigation they say they are doing but it shouldn't take 14 business days to do. I didn't get my order point blank, that's between the company and whatever company they used to mail it. I know that either FedEx or UPS one takes pictures of the box where they dropped it off so if they used that company then it should be pretty simple to pull that picture up showing it was in fact delivered and that wouldn't take "14 business days" to do. So, the fact that they are playing with my money that i work hard to get like its a joke is beyond ridiculous, unprofessional, and uncalled for on top of the customer support people being as bright as a burnt out light bulb is not a good look at all. I will never order another thing from them and i highly suggest nobody else does either.

In short, I purchased a pair of birthday slides on the 11th of June - didn't get my package until several days later. Slides are too big and I need to return. 30days should be from date received and not the purchase date if this company can't get the shipment delivered in a timely manner. I took a $40 hit to know better in the future.

AVOID WSS AT ALL COSTS. 1 Star is too much!

AVOID WSS! One Star is too much for this "Company". I ordered an adidas Colombia Track Top which is in very high demand. A week went by with no update, I contacted WSS 2 times to be told "don't worry, you will get your order everything is fine". Upon the third time of asking, They said they had cancelled my order as it is out of stock. This was without any kind of notification whatsoever. I checked my email including the Spam/Junk Folder as recommended and there is nothing there regarding a cancellation. Their "Customer Service" is basically non existent. Zero empathy and one word answers. The representative N Grenados did not care one bit. As it was an in demand item, I'm assuming they cancelled my order and one of their staff has listed it on Ebay or another reselling site as the jacket is selling on there for 2/3 times the price. Awful experience and will not used again. Train your staff so they are not incompetent WSS!

So far I have had bad experiences with this whole website, the online customer service is no help and neither is the poorly made website. Although I already paid, when trying to track my order using the tracking number provided, the website says no order found in their system. Haven’t gotten my order yet but won’t be surprised if I don’t get it at all.

I ordered a pair of shoes online, I did receive an email with an order number however I tried to set up an account on the website and it does not work. I tried calling during office hours they said they were closed. This seems very sketchy now. I was going to order 3 pairs but decided to try it out before doing large order. I'm glad I did I haven't heard a word from this company.
