Placed an order on February 10, 2026. Website states processing within 2-5 business days for standard orders (also states “up to 4 business days”). After over a week without any updates, I contacted company at which time they stated the item wasn’t even available, blaming system glitches. Order was canceled and refund pending. Shop elsewhere.
