The shipping was slower than anticipated, though they did say to expect shipping delays. I contacted the WearRemi team and they were able to help me track my order within 2 days. The item, the Robbie Bustier Top, arrived in good condition and as described. However, it didn’t fit, and I found very little information on their website about returns. I contacted the WearRemi team about this, and they provided me with more information about returning the item as well as a return address. I emailed them once more asking if I could still return the item past the 14-day limit (due to extenuating weather circumstances), and it took nearly 2 weeks for them to respond despite the multiple follow-up emails I sent. They did eventually get back to me and apologized for the delayed response. Thankfully, they are allowing me to return the item for store credit.

Overall, the experience was frustrating but the item I ordered seemed to be good quality.

I am not sure if I’ve been scammed or not, but I am leaning more towards yes. I made an order about a month ago. I still have not even received a notification that it has been shipped yet. I’ve sent them several emails, and not one of them was responded too. I’ve dm’d them several times on Instagram and still have not gotten a response. I then commented on one of their post asking if anyone else was having this problem, they then deleted my comment and blocked me from being able to see their account. Almost $70 down the drain...

Update:
I have now finally received a refund. After leaving my review, they reached out to me and said they would refund me and send me a prepaid label to send my items back once I receive them (note they still have not arrived). It took me a while to get my refund back, but before I got my refund, they tried to get my review taken down but were unsuccessful. Overall I would not personally recommend this company to others, but some people seem to have had a better experience than me. I would also like to add that I ordered from them February 7th, and it is now March 10th.

It was okay! Shipping was incredibly long, about an hour. The quality of the product itself was not top notch, it's a little flimsy. However, it is very cute!

I am obsessed with the quality of the bustier! It fits great and I feel so pretty in it! High quality. It took a long time to come but it was worth it!

Rosette top!
The top was really cute. The adjustable straps helped it fit right for me. I love the quality and it was really cute. The only issue was the shipping but that may be due to shipping!

Got the cardigan set, excellent quality and fit me well, just wished that it took sooner to deliver

The shirt I ordered is super cute and looks just like the picture, the only thing I would say is make sure to take into account your bra size, I would recommend getting a medium or large if you have a C cup or higher because of the design.

Gorgeous tops! I bought two and especially love the Rosette Top. Already recommended the site to friends.

Bought the Alluring Velvet Top. Super cute and very comfortable! However the only issue was that after I tried it on, one of the straps popped! Luckily I was able to sew it back on, but I’m not so sure about the quality of the item. That’s the only issue I had with my order. Other than that the top is gorgeous and very much worth it.

I ordered a top for my girl and she looks Great in it! Order did take a lil long tho.

I ordered the Manhattan Set for my girlfriend and she absolutely loved how it looked on her. Delivery wasn't horrible and ultimately understandable.

Dress with incorrect print arrived after waiting 6 weeks for delivery. Material is poor. cheaply made garment which is not even labelled. This is a straight up sweatshop to the doorstep operation with a fancy website full of BS. No way is it a $50 dress. No paperwork in the packet and shipping label marked contents as a three dollar ‘hoodie’ manufactured in Hong Kong. Don’t believe the cutesy reviews on here.

Good purchase, shipping was so long though.
