I’m extremely disappointed with…

I’m extremely disappointed with ShopWavy. I ordered a Black MissOrganize Tote Bag, but received the wrong item instead. I immediately contacted their support multiple times, yet there has been no proper response or resolution.

It’s frustrating to spend money, wait for delivery, and then not only receive the wrong product but also be ignored afterwards. A brand that can’t even acknowledge or fix its mistakes clearly doesn’t care about its customers.

I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from ShopWavy, unless you’re fine with getting random items and zero accountability.

wrong product delivered

I placed an order for the MissOrganize Tote Bag from shop.wavy.shop.com on [July 22nd ]. I received the package in 2-3 business days, but to my disappointment, the bag delivered was completely different from what I ordered.

I immediately emailed the company, but after repeated follow-ups, I received no reply. I also tried calling their contact number, but it is either switched off or not reachable. It’s been days, and I’ve had no response, no resolution, and no refund.

What's more shocking is that their website shows a fake 4.5-star Trustpilot rating with hundreds of reviews, while their actual Trustpilot profile is unclaimed with 0 reviews. This is clearly false advertising and highly misleading.

I am now in the process of reporting them to the Indian consumer grievance portal and raising a dispute through my payment provider. I strongly advise others to avoid ordering from Shopwavy until they prove to be a transparent and trustworthy business.
