Stuck in the warehouse

It took a little bit over 2 weeks from the day the goods arrived at the Warehouse in Virginia Beach before they were shipped. I had exactly the same problem last time as well.

The support was very helpful and worked swiftly, so once I mailed and asked it took only two days before the items were shipped. However it should not have to be done.

No Complaints.

I've had an account on shopusa for a couple of years, but this is the first time i actually used it. Everything went smoothly. Tracked my order from the .com site i ordered from and all the way to shopusa. From there i received the information on arrival and expected delivery date in DK. Took a while as i ordered over the christmas period, but it got here no problems.
A few more orders from the US that go like this and i will not hesitate to recommend it.

Slow

I took 3 weekes before they sent the order from US. It arrived within 5 days from JC Penney but the didn't send to me until i contacted them. However it was simply and easy to use ShopUSA so i will try one more time.

Far too long delivery time

I first got a message that my products had arrived at the warehouse, jan 4th. Then nothing happens for over a week. After being in contact with customer service I get another mail, jan 14th again saying that my products have arrived at the warehouse??? Then nothing happens again. After new contact with customer service they promises that products should be shipped within the nearest days?! They finally was shipped, jan 24th and arrived beginning of feb. Too slow service and too expensive. It doesn't seem that they have control over their processes

Det är beklagligt att det har tagit så lång tid med leveransen på den här beställningen.

Dessvärre blev försändelsen försenad en vecka och detta på grund av den mänskliga faktorn.

SHOPUSA ber om ursäkt då leveransen i detta fall inte anlänt inom utlovade leveransvillkor.

SHOPUSA ger självklart en kompensation för förseningen och ett presentkort har skickats till kunden.

Package delivered ShopUSA 22nd Jan and stayed there for some unspec. reason -
first when I contacted ShopUSA in Sweden and gave some informations (I was
never contacted) some progress was made. Package delivered Feb. 8th.

När ett köp som görs i USA ska fraktas hem av ShopUSA ska kunden registrera sin order på shopusa.se, tillsammans med en bekräftelse på köpet. Detta för att ShopUSA ska kunna kontrollera att det är rätt produkt innan försändelsen sänds plus att det behövs för att föra in varan i Sverige.

Det är kundens eget ansvar att registrera sin order med korrekta upplysningar, och om ShopUSA saknar information kan det dessvärre bli en försening med leveransen. Varorna ankom till terminal 22 januari, 29 januari fanns en giltig bekräftelse hos ShopUSA och varorna sändes med flygfrakt samma vecka, med leverans en vecka senare precis enligt ShopUSA:s leveransvillkor.

I detta fall är kritiken obefogad då allt har förlöpt helt enligt ShopUSA:s villkor.

Definitely recommend!

Everthing worked perfect and even though we order just before Christmas it didn't take long before we got our things. We will order again and we definitely recommend SHOPUSA.

I am disappointed,I hope my things will turn up.

At this moment,part of the order is missing,There should be two pakage but i have recived just one of the pakage,the other one is missing!

We are sorry that you are disappointed. It is never our intension that all parcels are not delivered together. We have promised to deliver your shipment of two parcels today November 30th. However you received one of two parcels yesterday Nov 29.
We have been in contact with GLS and Schenker who handles our shipments to Sweden and a human error has caused a delay in the missing parcel. As confirm today from my colleague your second parcel will be delivered in the middle of next week. We will do our outmost so that this delay will not happen again. Have a nice weekend
