I’m really disappointed. No matter how many times I order, the chains always arrive broken. I’ve tried several times, but the problem keeps happening. I feel like I’m not being taken seriously as a customer. I just want to receive chains that aren’t damaged this has been such a frustrating experience.

Here's an idea, Universal. Don't ship vinyl records in FLIMSY cardboard envelopes! Vinyl shippers exist, you've used them in other countries (the DE store for instance) but in the UK you ship them out as if they're a cheap SD card from Amazon.

Limited Edition runs on vinyl should be shipped CAREFULLY. They didn't even label the envelope as fragile. Be very careful when ordering from this store, don't be swayed by the fact this is an official store front because the people that run it at UMG, don't remotely care for you OR the artist they represent.

Placed pre-order in July for a Blohsh Pendant necklace which should of been delivered 20th October but still waiting, also waiting for a second order for a Blohsh Red necklace that was due 15th December. Customer service won't respond. My daughter's birthday is today & we haven't got her present to give her & she's devastated as she requested it. I'm surprised Billie Eilish is associated with this scam.

What an absolute rubbish store. Ordered from here for Christmas months ago and still have not received my order. Customer service is next to non existent and when you do eventually get an email it couldn't be less helpful. Avoid this store if you actually want what you order.

Horrible customer service; takes a month or longer to respond to inquiries. They also delay items and don’t even tell you. Packaging of breakable items like cassettes or cd‘s is really bad (thin plastic envelope, sometimes not even bubble wrapper).

SCAM!!!!!!! Over two months before I got (some of) my order, and its cheap material, small, discoloured... Expensive and poor quality. Made in china. SO disappointed!! Stay away!!!!!!!!!
