I received my order but it took almost 3 weeks
I ordered a mahjong mat on 4/29 and finally received it on 5/18, only after multiple attempts to get any information on my order. It took a few weeks to even get a simple reply via email, with an excuse that they were behind in the warehouse. I also received a more prompt response regarding the ship date from their text line: 561.556.8046. Luckily I love the item so I don't have to deal with the poor return experience others have had. But they should not operate an online business if they can't handle the orders.
