Order Not Received.
I ordered a phone 15 days ago and have not received my order. Next day delivery offered. After two phone calls, no update has been provided on where my order is. I have asked for a refund three times by email and they have not replied to any of these nor issued a refund.

Scam DO NOT ORDER
Ordered 2 Yealink x phones for next day delivery over a week ago. Have heard nothing since.
Tried to call but it just goes to VM and nobody responds. Emails are ignored. Will have to request charge back through the bank.

I must completely aggree with the below review, I am still awaiting a despatch of my purchase and now need to contact my card company to reverse the payment as clearly there is no intention of fullfilling my order - no comunication with them either. So very scamy...

Unprofessional
Purchased a £85 VoIP phone for next day shipping. A week passes of no notification of shipping, responses to contact email and successive calls throughout the day. We can only conclude that the seller is either reluctant to honour the purchase or had no intention of shipping the item in the first place.
Thoroughly disillusioned with this seller.
