Have purchased Nike react phantoms in white/pure platinum and don’t believe they are genuine. Placed in a cold wash as the front section started yellowing out of nowhere, only for them to come back out poo brown. The material is peeling from edges and almost as if they have been dyed with a brown ink. Ripped off. I would attach a photo of before an after but I cannot. I have also reached out to shopstocked and they completely reworded my review, the shoes actually turned yellow before washing hence why I washed them in the first place. So terrible product and terrible service

Trustworthy seller. Have bought shoes multiple times and they have arrived. They have even better tracking now. Any issues they reply to emails including ones that accidentally go to there Spam. Always surprised by the shoes they sell as they seem to be the first to get them!

I have ordered my shoe nearly a month ago and still haven’t received it yet and haven't had the information about the shipment.

I never could received my item. I send some emails never received any answer and finally my money was return.

Ordered a pair of shoes, got an order confirmation email. Everything seemed like a normal transaction. Shipping policy said items will ship be delivered in 7-10 business days.

Went 5 business days with no shipping confirmation. Sent three emails to the customer service email address, didn’t get one response.

Sent them a message on instagram, didn’t get a response. Finally got a refund on the order after 14 business days of no communication.

Respect that they are trying to run a small business but this was the most unprofessional buying experience I’ve had to date.

This is a scam. They never shipped my order. They charged my credit card but never shipped my order. I emailed them several times and never got any response.

Ordered a pair of sneakers. After several weeks, the order was canceled without explanation. No notifications of any kind throughout the process. I won’t be back.

I placed an order for a pair shoes that said they were in stock for my size. The confirmation page said the order was received, and provided links to track and to contact. I checked back in a few days, and there was no change in status or movement. After a week or no change in status, I sent an email, via reply to the confirmation email and one from the order status page. I received no response. After two weeks since purchase date and having no response to previous contact requests, I sent another message via the contact us tool. In it I said that while I would prefer to have the shoes I ordered, if I don't hear back soon, I will proceed with contacting PayPal for a chargeback. About 2 days later, I randomly receive notification from PayPal that I have be credited for my order. So, someone is reading my communications. They just don't think it's necessary to respond. This was my first time ordering from them. And it also the last time I will order from them. Good luck with this strategy.

The shoes fit very well and they came very quickly.

Shoes still haven’t been delivered yet but certainly happy with the customer service

Shoes came and look great but one show is tighter than the other across toes and they were way more expensive than first quoted upon checkout.
