DO NOT ORDER

DO NOT ORDER. I spent over £50 on a hoodie from a seller on spring at the end of JULY. It is now September and I have had no contact from them, I have reached out via email and online form and heard nothing back. I am so disappointed and no idea how to get my money back.

I was trying to purchase a pair of jeans from their website and the promo code that I was trying to use wasn't working so I messaged at the customer service and told them and this is the response I received
"Caila: Ok, at this time i am only able to retroactively apply this promotion to your order. I can send you an email and you can reply to the email once your order has been placed. Once that happens I can issue a partial refund of $20 to honor the promo Does that work?"
After I placed the order and notified the representative she then said that she couldn't fulfill the refund that she needed a screenshot of the origins of the promo code which I did not have as I got it from a website and I told her that. She did not specify that I needed a screenshot in order for her to honor the promo code just that I needed to place the order. I cancelled my order and filed a complaint with the Better Bureau Business. My experience was truly unbelievable such horrid customer service and of course no phone number even after I asked to be called multiple times they continue to say that their response wouldn't change. I'm wondering if I was even talking to a real person...

This company is beyond great

This company is beyond great! You always can use a coupon code and no restrictions! You can use it any and all brand names.If you make a referral you get 20 bucks off $70.and the person that you referred you also gets $20 dollars flat. There is no shipping and free returns.I cannot remember the last time i bought a pair of Mens Adidas shoes for under $30 dollars! I really hope this company stays this way.I will be buying many more shoes in the future if this company continues treat there customers this way!
