Nice product

I placed an order on Jan 2 (not Jan 5 as shown below). After order confirmation, I received no information on the order even after sending an email inquiry, but they did go ahead and charge me for it. It was a small item. They say 7-10 business days for shipping AFTER you order it, but it is even beyond that now. If they are going to now claim the item is backordered, then they should have told you that on their website. There are more reliable sources out there.

Do not buy
Do not buy! I bought one of the 24V kits. The batteries keep shutting off. The inverter is not working properly. The tech support keeps saying we will send a video to the manufacturer. It has been three weeks of not having power.
