We’d like to clarify that our processing policy states orders may take up to 3 business days to be processed, and your order was shipped within that timeframe.

Once a package is in transit, tracking updates are managed by USPS, and occasionally scans may be delayed or not update in real time—unfortunately this is outside of our control.

We truly apologize for any stress this may have caused, and we’re always happy to help if you’d like to share your order number so we can review the latest tracking details with you.

Hi Paulette, thank you for your feedback and we’re sorry for any confusion caused.

When your return was submitted through our portal, the option selected was store credit. Since we want to make sure we proceed exactly how you prefer, our team followed up twice to confirm whether you wanted to keep store credit or switch to another available option—but we didn’t receive a response.

To avoid delaying your return further, we processed it using the default selection submitted in the portal. If you’d still like us to review your return option, please reach back out with your order number and we’ll be happy to assist.

Hi Mandy, thank you for taking the time to share your experience, and we’re truly sorry for the stress caused by the tracking issue.

Once an order is in transit, we unfortunately don’t have control over carrier delays or lost packages. However, we do provide complimentary shipping insurance up to $200 for all customers.

As soon as you emailed us about the issue, we responded immediately and explained we could file an insurance claim on your behalf, but we needed a short written statement confirming the package was lost in order to begin the claim process. We followed up three times, but did not receive a response.

When we later heard back months after, the insurance claim window had already expired and the order was closed, so we were no longer able to request a refund or replacement through the carrier. At that point, we assumed the package had been delivered.

We truly apologize again for the frustration this caused, and we appreciate your understanding.

Hello Adriana , thank you for your review.

We’d like to clarify that our team responded to all of your emails in under 24 hours and we did look into your inquiry right away. Since this was an international order and the lowest-cost shipping option was selected at checkout, this service is not trackable, and updates are limited once the package leaves our facility.

That said, we did offer to file a claim on your behalf to support you further. Since we did not hear back, we assumed the order was received and the support ticket was closed.

Thank you for your review. Upon reviewing your order, we see that it was successfully delivered. We’d also like to clarify that this product was a pre-order item, and due to high demand, it was noted at the time of purchase that shipping could take more than 3 weeks as it is made to order.
