Absolutely shocking website, no help or information about the refund process and they take no responsibility at all if the package doesn't get back to their return team which is based in China (not stated anywhere on the website) they do not provide return lables and you have to guess where to return it to, and if you guess wrong you don't get a refund for your own money. The support team do not help what so ever and blocked my email so I cannot chase them up or ask questions on my package.
Lastly, the package took over a month to get to me and it has been over a month since I sent it back. Where's my money?
Don't waste your money here, because I probably won't get my money back.

Avoid avoid avoid. Returned clothing , no refund and a month plus numerous emails and direct messages still no replies. Being completely ignored . So they now have returned clothing n my money.

Item I ordered never turned up. I tried numerous times over a couple of months to contact them to arrange a refund or replacement and was ignored. I'm still in a dispute on Paypal trying to get my money back from them.

If I could give 0 stars I would. A few weeks ago I ordered 2 items from slick street, and one of them arrived today. The top i bought for £35 looks like its worth about 2 Ugandan dollars. The quality is cheap and it looks nothing like what is advertised on the website. Also I ordered a medium and received a small. The second product I ordered, a hoodie for £50, hasn't arrived yet, but I dread to see what god awful excuse for a hoodie arrives at my house. I have emailed them about getting a refund but I haven't gotten a reply yet. Do not waste your money on this website.

Avoid this company. Why didn’t I read these reviews before ordering from Slickstreet?! I have learnt my lesson. The clothes seem ok, a bit pricey but different from usual high street stuff. However very difficult to get any information from them and in practice NO RETURNS and NO REFUND!
The returns address is in China so costs a fortune to return and they do not refund, only credit note.

Terrible terrible company, took absolutely ages for the goods to arrive. When they did arrive they sent the wrong items. Still trying to get them to send me the goods that I paid for. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Never received the product I’ve ordered the package was probably lost and the company did as little as they could to help find the lost package.

After contacting them for months regarding returning shoes that were the wrong size, we have now launched a dispute with our credit card company for the full transaction value. What a waste of everyone's time.

Cheap looking and feel. looked nothing like photos. Really don't waste your money really disappointing.

Hoodie made with cheap fabric and colors totally different from those on their shop. How can they sell items so different from reality? The picture of the hoodie they show on their website is clearly photoshopped!!! The customer service is extremely bad: they answered to me after 10 DAYS from my first email in a very rude way, without solve my problem...then they disappeared. I'm very disappointed. Also they don't public any bad review...they never public mine aswell...it's a shame.

This site is a pure scam. DO NOT put any money into this company... Got my credit card info stolen off of their website, 0 communication and no returns... I wish I could give this a 0 star

Absolute rubbish !!! Quality is awful the customer services is non existent , wrong product sent and wrong size . It’s the sort of quality you get from wish ! These reviews that are positive are so fake !

Materials clearly are not as shown in the pictures. Thin and low quality. If you want to feel cheated, feel free to buy from their shop. Also delivery is from Yanwen China, thus takes a lot of time.

They sell overpriced bad-quality goods from AliExpress. Got ripped-off (paid 60 EUR, while that same item was 20 USD on Ali). Moreover, consider the fact that u will never get your money back - they refund via store credit in the form of a Slick Street E-Gift Card (whatever is it). Stay sharp, do not repeat my mistakes :(

Dreadful company. Faulty items and no help from customer services. Do not buy from this company!!!!

I ordered 3 items from the site, shoes, trainers and a top. They sent me the wrong pair of trainers and sent the top and trousers 137miles away to the wrong address. They were very difficult to contact through email, phone call, or through their contact section on their website. I only managed to contact them through Instagram. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!!
