I place two orders in October used express shipping and have sent many emails trying to find my orders. Now it shows delivered. I still do not have my orders and I am not receiving any return emails with any help.
I ordered a make waves hoodie and didn’t know that product was shipping & was made in China.Once I received the product it looked way to small for sizing I originally order and I tried contacting about retuning the product but no reply back. I love this company and all they stand for and would love give them second chance in future.

I placed an order for a rash guard and hoodie. Once the hoodie was placed in the cart it came up free. I submitted the order and a few hours later received an email requesting that I cancel and resubmit the order because there was a “glitch” and the promo was for a “giveaway” only. I’m sorry but if this was their “glitch” they should eat the mistake and still honor the offer. Instead they cancelled my order and offered free shipping. If they can’t honor their own mistake then I will not be a customer of such a company. Very poor customer service!
