Ordered 120 ready made milk bottles for my baby and never got them, and still got charged for it.

Total Scam...This company does not exist. The phone number goes to a man that says it is a private number and the email address gets bounced back. DO NOT BUY FROM IT.

Placed my order in July, it is now December I have emailed them multiple times and always get the same auto response email which says item on back order should be here in 4 weeks. I requested a refund 5 times now and nothing just the same auto response. Do not waste your money this is a scam company.

It's a scam, don't buy anything from these guys. I purchased $20 of merchandise that I never received. I contacted them multiple times, they never responded

I ordered a hat the last week of May 2019, I have emailed them many times and keep getting the same response, item is on high demand and will be sent from their next shipment, well today is October 12 still no delivery and they still use the same excuse.

Ordered a product they had listed on their website and several days later order they texted me order was cancelled because they didn't have product. Credit Card has not been refunded. This site is a scam and they are fraudulent.

Why give a fake phone number? I've also noticed you are VERY selective with who you respond to in your reviews... I'm glad I looked into things before ordering from you, I was really close to scamming myself LOL. I hope someone finds your location and reports you so you stop stealing people's money.

This site offered a pack of Bicycle Jumbo Face Playing cards for $12.00 with FREE SHIPPING! Neither Costco or Amazon can match that offer. I tried to order and got the same "test mode" other customers received. Tried their phone number on their site, but it's "restricted"! Luckily for me, the charge was only $12.00. But I am still considering closing that card. STAY AWAY! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! What good is saving a few bucks for phantom products??

I tried to purchase a greenhouse several times over the course of a couple weeks. Like the review before me, my card was repeatedly declined for reason of being in " test mode"; there was no issue on my end for completing each transaction. One time it offered me free shipping and another with shipping added. I don't think that was effecting the transaction but who knows?Yesterday, I tried again only this time I used the GPay option at checkout. It offered free shipping, so of course I selected that option. I'm not familiar with Gpay, (being a PayPal person usual has satisfied all my online purchase needs) but for whatever reason it said that my transaction went through. I also received a text and an email Confirming my purchase, so it seemed legit and I was stoked. But just after midnight, a text came saying my order had been canceled and my payment refunded, but that hasn't posted to my bank yet. I tried to phone the number that sent the text and it said it was disconnected. As a side note, this was not the only text I've received from this number; I purchased some Lime deodorants a while back , direct from their website and they sent a confirmation text from that number. It remains a mystery to me how the two seemingly unrelated business can both usr that number for corresponding with customers? Emailed shoppinsimple.com but highly doubt I will get a response. I'm not sure what happened here but it wasn't a positive experience and I am uneasy that they have my private contact info as well as my credit card.
Btw, I not sure what trustpilot is all about, but I'm always least of anybody who claims to be legit but has spelling errors on their website. (Scroll down and it says " Enter Odernummer (optional)" there was a typo on the contact us page of shoppinsimple as well...its called proof reading folks. Take the time because it leaves an impression!!!

I tried to buy a $400 portable washing machine and my card came back declined and kept saying that it failed a test run. I then found out that it was a security test and I am glad that it did. I googled the washing machine I wanted to buy and they were one of the vendors and the lowest price. Then when I tried to order it my card was declined and I wanted to know why. I called to check with my bank and my balance was way more than what I was trying to use to purchase the washing machine. So I went back to the site and when I searched for the same product it came back that there are no washing machines available. When I go back to Google and search for the same product again the same shoppinsimple came up saying that they had it there for sale. Again I tried to purchase the washing machine and card was declined again saying that it failed the test run. I don't know if there are 2 sites with the same exact name but if I were you I wouldn't buy anything from them. There is definitely something shady going on here since my card failed the security scan and now I found out that there are a lot of people who are waiting for their return of money. Also most of the people who received their items aren't happy with what they got. Be careful and GOOD LUCK if you want to do business with them.

Your a basic scam ,I tried to ask BBB before I purchased a Bisel steam cleaner your not listed at all ,called number it's out of service, used your email address it doesn't exists ,I used your url in my security, gusse what it's fake! 🤣🤣Imagine that .So don't buy from them ,always check with BBB before you purchase anything.

It is definitely the worst customer service ever, very slow, dishonest, unresponsive, and unreasonable.

I just received my order after a month, even though it says in the website 1-3 business days, the phone number they have on their Facebook page is fake, I asked for a phone number and they said they can only communicate through the email.

Even though they claim on their website they will respond within 24 hours, it takes sometimes more than 4 days to reply.

I am very disappointed with the service, and the quality of the shoe cabin I bought, the response time and the entire experience.

It was a very frustrating process, I will never ever use this website again, and I will never ever recommend it to anyone!

i have order two el-motorbike but they do not work and i have returned them by using GLS Pakke service as we were agreed in the email.
after that i sent their product back to them they never answer to my email as i demand my money back.
i wrote them Two emails, but never get the answer.
they are not honest , very bad service and not give importance to their customers.
