Still waiting for my order
Placed an order on 28/11/23 then bombarded with emails from them asking me to order more stuff. Emailed them asking them to desist from this and just send my order to which they didn't respond but carried on sending emails suggesting I place another order Eventually told 3 weeks later my order had been dispatched. 4 days after that got an email saying their website had been hacked and they couldn’t dispatch any orders! Not holding my breath that my goods will ever arrive.
Brush finally arrived a month later- it’s no better than any other dog brush I’ve had and the retractable facility is so stiff that I haven’t retracted it,certainly not worth what I paid for it.
