I ordered 2 bathing suites over a month…
I ordered 2 bathing suites over a month ago and never received them either. I never received a tracking number and there was no reply to either emails I send them on their help line...I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. They advertise on Instagram (which is where I ordered them off of!).

It’s a scam
It’s a scam. I never received my package not even got a tracking number after they took the payment. There are 2 email adresses to reach them but one of them doesn’t work anymore and for the other one, well they never reply.
It’s a fraud for sure. Don’t order on that website!

Ordered x2 bathing suits. Never received tracking information, they never arrived and customer service have just chosen to ignore all emails from me regarding a refund. Such poor customer service. I would never recommend ordering from this website. Seems like they enjoy taking the money and leaving customers high and dry.
