Package arrived quickly - beautifully packaged. Would definitely recommend. 👍🏾

Couldn’t fulfill order, said online was in stock but wasn’t. Failure has left me in a predicament.
Will not use this company again

Lovely items, really quickly dispatched and delivered (in fact, the website had a notice saying it was too late for Christmas delivery but they dispatched so quickly it did arrive in time).
It also came with a hand written, personalised note saying 'thank you' which was a lovely touch. Also each item was packed in it's own little paper gift bag which made it such a treat to open. It felt like I had received a gift, rather than being the one who bought it all!
I have bookmarked this shop, so I will buy from them again!

Such a cute store, I try to shop small where possible and the personal touch you get with small business' is so worth it, a little note and some stickers made my day and the lamp is beautiful. Very quick postage as well. Will definitely be one of my go to stores, thank you.

Ordered two very beautiful ornate cards showing ships and mountains in the Scottish countryside. Very happy with my cards - they are so pretty! In fact these might even be the best cards I have ever ordered - the almost pastel-esque art deco vibes of the card are brilliant! Very high quality as well, and speedy delivery too. The shop / owner was also so lovely, and left a kind note for me with my purchase - made my parcel even more exciting to open! Really love this store and will definitely be checking out their online store again - and hopefully will be able to check out their physical store in Edinburgh one day too! Looks like they have lots of great items! Delighted :)

I did an online order for collection. Plenty of colourful and original Scottish gifts to choose from. Order was ready within an hour or so. The shop itself is beautifully laid out with lots of extra things to inspire a future purchase. My order was beautifully packaged with a hand-written note and a little surprise included, which was very kind. Gifts are top quality. I hope this small business does well.

This review is a little bit delayed as I've had a lot going on lately, but the items I purchased from Rua arrived perfectly as photographed & described. Quick delivery & arrived with a nice little hand written message (& a little sweet) - which is a nice touch & makes you feel valued as a customer. I will be purchasing from Rua in the future for upcoming birthdays etc.
