The website said the hoodies were American made, 80% cotton, 20% polyester, with a hidden pocket. Their return policy said 100% refund in 30 days, no shipping costs to customer. The garment was shipped from China, was made of 100% polyester..very cheap quality, no hidden pocket. Was 2-3 sizes smaller than advertised. The advertisement said it was an oversized fit, but didn't even match the advertised size measurements I contacted them and they offered to exchange when I agreed to that ,they offered first 30% partial refund 'as a gesture of goodwill and I could keep the garments, I said I would like to return the garments for a refund, they gave me a returns contact and email, I contacted them but never received a response and never heard from the customer service team again either.

When I contacted them about returning it, they offered first 30% partial refund 'as a gesture of goodwill', then 40, then 50% as their final offer. I heard nothing after that last email an they have not tried to refund anything. Everything this company has advertised has been false, which was very disappointing as this hoodie was to be part of a grad gift.
