RIPSTICK: Don't Get Rip(ped) OFF!

On December 12, 2023, I purchased the Orange Riptstick: Christmas Sale package and was charged $32.90 for shipping and handling. The next day, I received an email confirming shipment, but the tracking link only indicated that a label had been created—a status that didn't change. By December 24th, I requested a full refund via email without receiving the package. The automated response assured me that my order was in progress despite delays due to high demand and expanded production efforts. After sending another email insisting on a full refund, I have yet to receive a reply. Consequently, I have logged a complaint with Atlanta's BBB.org, noting several similar grievances.
