Product: I've had a few of their mouth guards. The first set was super sketchy, I'd wake up w/ chunks of plastic floating around my mouth which I most likely ingested. They have greatly improved their manufacturing and the latest set is well-made and (presumably) safe.
Business: This company engages in a shady subscription model that requires multiple interactions to cancel your subscription. I cancelled my subscription last year yet somehow my now-expired credit card on file was charged and I received notice that my new order was on it's way. I tried contacting Remi immediately but all I got was an AI chatbot that opens cases. While they did cancel and refund that specific order, I'm now on day 2 of another attempt to cancel this subscription and all I've gotten is more pushback from their retention team. I have yet to receive confirmation that they have honored my cancellation request. I would not trust this company with any of your financial information.
As an aside, I also raise an eyebrow when batches of 5 star reviews show up on TrustPilot on a single day for a relatively small and obscure company.

Mouthguard took forever to come to me, it rubbed against my gums but I didn’t want to deal with them to try to get it revised. Then I tried to cancel the subscription deal I had signed up for and it too THREE back and forth emails that were super slow (like they are just trying to get you to stay or forget about the issue) and then they said I’d have to pay $40 to pay the difference for the mouthguard. I cannot find it in any of the emails so if it said this somewhere when I signed up, it was in the fine print. Highly recommend against this company! Save your time and money.

I cancelled my subscription in August of 2025 (have email confirmation) and I continue to receive charges for new orders. Why do I need to spend additional time following up and trying to get my money refunded.

I really like the product (custom night guards). The impressions kit was easy to use and the instructions were clear. The support and guidance after I did the first set of impressions and submitted the photos for review were great. I signed up for the subscription to get a new set sent to me automatically every six months.
I'm knocking off a couple of stars because, when there was an issue with my payment (which happens, but I'm not 100% convinced it was a problem on my/my card's end), I somehow ended up in two separate, conflicting back-and-forth email exchanges with two different customer service individuals when I didn't respond to the first email quickly enough (I was away from my email intermittently for a week). Both representatives kept sending nudging messages if I didn't respond to them in a few hours, which got very confusing when I thought a step had already been handled. Then it took even longer to finally get someone to reactivate my subscription, and then even longer to get the new set of guards.
Now I am receiving multiple emails and phone calls/voicemails from Remi asking me to leave a 5-star review in exchange for a $20 rebate.
Everyone has been friendly and courteous, but I don't need friends or pen pals. I don't want to be hounded to leave a review. I just want night guards, sent automatically every six months. Changing a payment method and reactivating a subscription should be tasks that customers can do for themselves on the website unless there is a problem. I am thinking of going back to my regular orthodontist for future night guards just because I am tired of being called and emailed if I don't get back to them within a few hours in a satisfactory manner. I thought this would be "set it and forget it," and it's anything but.

My first two impressions didn’t turn out well, but Remi’s customer service was excellent. They scheduled a Zoom call and guided me step by step through the process. The support was patient, professional, and very helpful. It turned into a great experience overall. Highly recommend.

The process to make the impressions was incredibly easy and had great support. I needed assistance so I took part in a zoom call with a dentist and she was amazing. Got the impression done first try with her. I received the impression box quickly and popped them back in the mail with no added postage. I should get my nightguards soon and I am pleased to get two for about 100 bucks and both are bottom like I am used to wearing.

They made the process so easy, zoom meeting to make the impressions and look at them while online with the dentist. My night guards are a perfect fit! Very affordable compared to getting them through my dentist. They send me a new set every 6 months, I just received my second set. Pert fit just like my first ones. I grind my teeth, so the top and bottoms guards work great for me. They are not bulky and stay in place.

My experience with Remi has been very good. I have ordered twice over the years and both times have been very satisfied with my teeth guards. With my last order I had problems getting an acceptable impression and their Customer Service was very nice and patient with me. They helped me over the phone on a video call and everything came out well. I would definitely buy from them again when I need to replace my guards.

I've had nothing but wonderful experiences with Remi products. I have a sonic cleaner which makes my retainers sparkling clean and germ free. My retainers are perfect, they fit like a glove, snug and comfortable! I highly recommend all Remi products.

I'm a night grinder and my dentist kept nagging me to get a night guard, but the cost of having them do it was ridiculous. I even tried the really cheap, do-it-yourself ones you can buy on Amazon...could never get it right and they painfully jammed into my gums, so that was not a viable alternative. So glad to have found Remi...my new mouthguard fits snugly, doesn't hurt my gums, and I really think I'm sleeping better with it in. I wouldn't say it's EASY to make the molds, but the very prompt and supportive guidance from Remi definitely helped.
