Terrible company with a terrible return policy. Returns are basically impossible because they want you to cover the return shipping cost, which is crazy expensive as they’re based in China. The return information on their website is false and misleading, claiming “You can easily return or exchange your order within 30 days, no questions asked” which is just a load of BS. The item received is also not like the picture shown on their website. Overall just a waste of money and I recommend staying away from this company.

The size guide for a dress I purchased is around 3 sizes too small. They have told me I have to pay shipping to return or get 20% off. Seriously why would anyone keep a dress that does not fit.
They are misrepresenting the sizing on their website.
FRAUDULENT Is how I feel about this company.
I purchased in good faith. How can they not refund when the issue is with their size guide.
Here are details of sizing.
Ordered size 2XL waist measurement on their size chart is 106-117 cm. Actual size of dress is 80cm at waist. Which is a size medium on their size guide.
They will not refund unless I ship at my expense. I am waiting to hear back from consumer affairs to see if they can help.

I was also a victim of this online store - WARNING DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAMMER! THEIR WEBSITE IS FRAUD, WHAT YOU SEE, ORDER AND PAY FOR IS NOT WHAT YOU GET. Instead, you will receive a very poor quality garment, made out of very CHEAP material, Total opposite of you see from the website, then, Upon initiating a return, they will offer to 10% refund to keep the product that you can even wear!!!

One side of cross over bodice gaped as it was cut incorrectly on the bias. Poor finishing on the dress hems and sleeves. Contacted Elle to return with photos, was given an address in China to send it to. Return postage was not covered by the store. Returned April 2025, followed up for refund, no response. Faulty dress was returned to me today April 2026. Totally ripped off, don't buy from Elle

Not at all as shown. $80 before HST wasted. Free shipping they can afford as maybe $10 to make. No label. Fits small and color is putrid. Quarter zipper is not on material per the color chosen just cheap white material. Bought this for casual business but will wash it and see if it works for walking the dogs.

Scam site. Thought was an Australian company as that is what they presented it as. Bought a trouser and shirt suit on sale for $90 ( was over $200 full price). What arrived came from China and was a cheap nasty fabric ( worth about $10 max). Returns impossible and China address came up. Lesson learnt to so do you research BEFORE you part with your money.

I placed an order early December last year and I haven't received my item that cost me a good chunk of money 58.00 for a jacket I haven't seen. Yet

Firstly, the dress I received was nothing like the website, so disappointed. I return after fighting with what I thought was Olivia in Melbourne. Scam, she talked about her dead mother and how her mother started this business in Melbourne. Deplorable. I finally got her to agree to a full refund and had to post to China. Now she ? Says it hasn't arrived 3 months later, Australia post reports it had arrived. Latest update yesterday from her, is that I need to follow up with Australia post. Also offered me a 20% refund for something that I don't have. What a scam, I don't think I'm even corresponding with a real person. Please beware and don't buy anything from this place.

Terrible false advertising. Not as pictured at all. Crappy piece of cloth arrived not a detailed dress at all. Website and email now down

absolutely horrible. purchased soemthing, need to return it, now all emails bounce and there is no way to contact them. their website says you must email to return yet their email does not work.

Bought so called absorbent underwear. Followed their size chart. When they arrived, instead of being XXXL they were a medium at best. The absorbent material was so small it would be lucky to absorb a teaspoon. When I contacted them they tried to infer that I had ordered the wrong size. They said to keep them and they would refund 10% of the purchase price.?

Absolute waste of money. Fabric is embossed and matte In image not close to what was received. Going straight to clothing donation.

I just received my order. Shocked, bleeding into the fabric, poorly sewn. Size was off. I would not recommend the company. I should have checked to see if they are fraudulent! Returns are to be sent to China!

Absolute scammers, frauds & thieves. Do not order from this lot. They lie, they play the game and the buyer loses. They are based in China, not Australia. Products are rubbish.

Absolutely horrendous company. Ordered a dress. Looks absolutely nothing like the picture. Waited weeks & weeks for it to come. Now fighting for it to be returned. Excuse after excuse. They don’t come with labels on and my last ent said they wanted a photo of the label. There one big conn ❌‼️

I purchased a cardigan that send it was one size fits all but when I received it was size 6-8 and very poor quality fabric. To get a refund I was told I would have to pay the postage to CHINA even though the website made it appear to be an Australian company.

I bought a jacket from elle, supposedly from Melbourne. It stated Leather Jacket. It was pu Leather. And can be bought on any Chinese website for $49 to $59. Elle said it was reduced from $259 to $129, it's absolutely crap. When I offered to return it, I was told I had to return to China, and with postage and duties it wasn't worth it. Be,warned Do Not order from Elle.

SCAMMERS, if I could give no stars I would,
Brought the Frey leather biker jacket, no where on Web sites could I find any other wording than leather, turns up and is pu and polyester.

Quality of jacket is terrible, to expensive to send back so straight to the rubbish bin.

Also they give the impression that they are in Melbourne when goods come from China and take far to long to arrive.
