Ordered a 11.5. A size bigger than I normally wear. Eventually arrived and still too small. Got to return them to China which costs more than the shoes.
Avoid this company

ANOTHER SCAM CHINESE SITE!!! Do not attempt to buy anything goods don’t arrive customer service can’t even write in English and when they do arrive ITS A LOAD OF CHEAP RUBBISH

Ordered three pairs of shoes. After 4 weeks I received two pairs. Asked for the third pair or a refund. After a number of emails they stated that they had refunded, but unfortunately they hadn’t and will not now respond to my emails.
DONT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

This appears to be a scam, as soon as you order you are advised that the goods have been shipped. The tracking details never change and when you enquire about your order or request a delivery date or request a refund an automated service tells you the order has been shipped and no action can be taken until it arrives. This message is repeated constantly.

A shame you can't rate zero stars. Stylishoe (part of Shoppideal) are that bad. My walking shoes developed holes after less than 5 weeks of gentle walking. My emails of complaint are auto-responded to with no progress. Their own review system is a sham...my reviews were simply taken off.

I also wish I could give this company no stars! I purchased men’s shoes via Facebook in February. They were too small - I foolishly returned them at a huge cost of £25 Royal Mail international tracking and several emails requests for an exchange or refund. All I received were automated requests for the proof of posting - which I forwarded twice. These scammers need to be stopped - they are a FAKE company set up to SCAM people all over the world! Under No circumstances purchase ANYTHING from these people!

Do not buy from here they are awful. Ordered a 6.5 trainer as it says to ho abit bigger but even these were far too small. The options they gave were to send them back at my own expense or they give me a 30% discount on future purchase! Absolute joke

I ordered orthopedic trainers from styli shoe which is part of this company. The shoes are nowhere near the size stated on them and to change them you have to send them back to China at your own expense. This is stated on the term but the shoes are not the size stated. I would be very wary of buying from any particular of this company and if you make sure you are happy with the terms and conditions first.

AVOID: These shoes are not Italian nor Genuine leather. They are shipped form China and are cheapy made using polyurethane and made-made material (they have never seen a cow)., The Italian connection is bizarre. I ordered size 45 but they are more like size 43 and one shoe was smaller than the other. Don't be fooled as I was at the title and the heavy discount on the £99 original price. The only option they provide is to return them to an address in China which would cost as much as the purchase price. The chemical smell of the shoes stiil pervades the house.

They reply with generic emails. Have yet to correspond with a real person. Ordered boots on 1feb and they haven’t arrived 36 days later. Emailed them almost every day since and had no personal reply. Ordered through luxury footwear. Avoid like the plague!!!!

Never received the product. It’s my word v the carrier v the company. I am very disappointed and would caution anyone trusting this company. Be aware of offers through social media.

I thought id try this company stylishoe (of shoppideal) and bought pair of lightweight walking trainer type shoes... just arrived (mon' 24th) well, not very impressed, cheap plastic made rubbish, i dont think they are of good quality, the plastic smell is terrible (cheap smelling) and the service from the customer service is appalling, i asked several times where is my package? "its in transit" but delivered! I wont be recommending this company to anyone!

Ordered heated gloves that were poor quality, too small (supposed to be one size and I’ve only got small hands) and with no on/off control so they would need to be left on charge. Tried to return but only offered 30% off another purchase or would have to pay tracked return to China. Not worth it but would never use again.

I PURTCHEST A PAIR OF SIZE 5.5 SHOES FROM STYLISHOE AND THEY WERE TOO BIG. SO I NEED TO RETURN THEM. THE RETURN ADRESS THEY HAVE GIVEN ME IS CHINA. THEY COST ME ROUGHLY JUST SHORT OF £ 30 SO ITS GOING TO COST ME THE SAME AMOUNT TO SSEND THEM BACK. DONT THINK I WILL BOTHER. THE 1ST PAIR WERE BRILLIANT, THATS WHY I DECIDED TO GET ANOTHER PAIR FROM THEM. THEY ADVERTISED ON FACEBOOK.

Look at all the other reviews. They are obviously ripping off then will disappear into the night. Will report to OFT but not sure it will do us any good.

Ordered size 10 (44)shoes , I take size 9 1/2(43) just to be on safe side. These shoes took ages to arrive . They did not fit ,too small, even allowing for extra size. Now asked to pay for their return to China at my expense. Shoes cost £30 , return postage £25! Do not use this company .

Ordered a size 9 and no where near fits mire like a 6. Sent them a photo of a uk size 9 and their size 9. About 1 1/2 "smaller. Offered me a 33%off another pair or I could return them but I had to pay shipment to China. Absolutely shoukd nit be shipping to UK. If I could leave a zero star I would. Read the review on there face book page, and they are completely the opposite to the ones on here.

Do not order from this company.
Their size guide is a mystery and it is a lottery to what size shoe you will receive.
Ordered size uk5 and was sent a sent a eu40 which is equivalent to a uk6.5.
The company are adamant they are right and I have to pay for the return shipping.
Don’t know what planet they are living on.

I ordered a pair of shoes ( sport type ) .The color doesn't match the one from the website. The shoes quality on the website is leather (picture HD resolution) It seems this phantom company was buying in China . The chinese size 9 ( for example ) is equivalent of 7 in Europe. I asked for refund in January ( 14 i think) .They responded and replied i need to pay the shipping back cost .And after this , silence . As you see from the other comments they quite sold between January and February . Any wrong size they were unable to return . Because they purchased not by item they bought a whole batch of products and they had discount from the China trade partner. At the price they purchased the return was not included. Their logic was : monitor the market in China and select items they thought will be of interest in UK . They bought a large quantity with a very good discount without a trade agreement .So ... this is the story . Now they made enough money , they started to have a large number of complaints and they will disappear ( if not already gone ).

Ordered boots. Wrong size was sent. Had to pay shipping charges to get a new pair, which I did, but never got the boots. Please dont order off these people.
