Final Update: I cannot comment on the product, but customer support has been thorough and extremely satisfactory. I now understand their endeavours with the courier and that lack of response on their part was due to computer server issues on their end. So my experience was positive but I cannot give 5 stars as I have not decided yet to order another item.

Well what can I say about an item that does not arrive. Packlink have had the parcel since 8/9/22. It's still at the hub. I have emailed your company requesting that you do something about it and have not had a reply. So for me, I have lost my money and I am disappointed. Would not recommend. I think shopporter should read the reviews on Packlink
