I’ve spent several years trying to chase this company to provide a refund for a faulty product. Multi-tool strimmer where engine burned out as throttle wouldn’t release. Very dangerous and could have led to a serious incident. These people are unscrupulous. Avoid at all cost

They won't answer your request of support, after a year of using just 10 times, my heater stop working. They told me it wasn't on support they ask additional payment for the part and they took the money and never sent the part.

A few months ago I buy a garden multi-tool in that shop, first, they send me the wrong thing after I contacted them they send me what brought but with missing parts and damage so I call them and we agreed that I will return the item and they will refund it.
I called them a few times and they say yes refund will be in my account in 5 working.
Today (10 Aug.2023) after over 4 months they told me that they are not doing a refund.
