My experience is just the others- I got a product that was incorrect and now I have to ship it back to CHINA from the US at my own cost. This is not a Jacksonville FL operation. The products are garbage and you can’t send them back.

NEGATIVE 100 STARS!! They sent me a 2 piece "outfit". It was made of foam! Not even fabric! Glue marks everywhere! The bra top was torn down the center and they glued it back together and shipped it to me like that! The bra cup is completely separated from the rest of the top. Basically, the glue came undone. No strings used. I mean, why would they? The whole thing is glued together! It's a piece of crap! The glue they used to attach the crystals is ALL OVER the black foam. It looks like a 3 year old made this in arts and crafts. The back of the skirt was missing a whole piece, so my A** would've been out for the world to see! I contacted them right away and sent them photos. They said "it's impossible it was sent that way". BS! I opened the package, and there it was! Garbage! I wish I could attach the photos I took here so you can all see. This is a disgusting and dispicable company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! They want me to pay to ship it back to China AND to add insult to injury, they said they will charge me a 15% restocking fee. GTFOH!

Buyer Beware: These products are from China, and they are in child-like sizes. Furthermore, to return an item you have to send back to China on "your own dime." The teeny-tiny dress I bought for $55 was going to take $30 to send back. I emailed the company three times to get them to work with me, and I was unsuccessful. Terrible customer service. Inferior product. Order #SN782832

This is insane, I ordered a jacket and pants that didn’t look anything like the pictures and it was also too small, so I ask them can they send me a prepaid label to send it back to them for a refund and they told me NO. Sending it back would cost me the same price as the jacket/pants itself so I would literally be losing all of my money doin this… SMH they also don’t have a phone line to contact them u have to email them and they respond days later at a time. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone at all, their services are trash and their product looks nothing like the pictures.

I have reached out to this company in regards to my order NUMEOUS TIMES.paid for 2 day shipping and they put in an invalid tracking number. I asked to cancel the order and refund me then all of a sudden it was shipped after days of me begging for a refund. my event has passed. I refused the package they begged me to receive it to get a 50% refund guess what... a month later I am still fighting for the refund through them and paypal. HORRIBLE.

I ordered a bodysuit - before ordering I checked where the store was located (Jacksonville, FL) and the return policy (you pay for shipping). The bodysuit didn't fit right so I asked to return it and it turns out I'd have to pay for the shipping to return it to China! (At least $40, could be over $100). In addition there was a restocking fee of 15% for returns that is not on their refund policy page. When I asked why, they offered me a 10% rebate if I kept the item. I said yes and then they only sent me 8%. I'd say check the fine print, but it wouldn't matter if you did!

Shipping took over a month and the item was very poor quality and missing pieces. Run away from this place customer service horrible

Ordered a meg costume for Halloween and it was described as coming in three pieces: corset (bodice top) with metal bones (like a normal corset would), the sash that goes around the waist and the skirt. It did not come as a skirt and top, it came as a dress, not a corset at all. The circle emblems that came with it were terrible quality like a child cut them out, the sash was not in the bag and the piece you hook onto the sash looked like a big napkin. When asked for a refund I had to ship it back with my own money and was promised money back for that as well. Haven't seen anything yet. I hope this saves someone before they order! I didn't look for reviews before I bought. They also lie saying they're based on the UK but they are in China!

Run Away. I order a Rhinestone Fringe Transparent Tassel Dress and
Black Rhinestone Tassels Sleeveless Bodysuit. I paid for expedited shipping but the items arrived late.

When the items arrived, they were awful quality. I emailed the business and started the refund process.

I shipped the items backs on 9/20/22 to ShanDong Province, China. The items were shipped BACK TO ME and arrived May 10.

I still have not received a refund. I don’t plan on ever shopping this site again.

I am THRILLED with the three piece tux we purchased. First of all, I was weary of this transaction as I hadn’t heard from them 5 days after the purchase. I emailed them and they responded within hours and sent the suit DHL for free as I needed it before 4/1. Today is 3/26 and it arrived just as promised. It is such a nice tux and fit perfectly. My son is tall and skinny. We ordered 28/32 pants. Perfect! I cannot say enough about their customer service and the quality of the suit. I am tough to impress, and I am soooo impressed!!

This company sells JUNK. The dress was WAY smaller than the measurements on the chart and poorly made of cheap fabrics. They would not refund unless I spent another $18 to return it to China and then they would decide if I got a refund. Total garbage. This is a very dishonest company and should be shut down. DO NOT BUY HERE!!!!

I really want to give ZERO stars!! My fiancé ordered his suit for our wedding before reading the reviews. Shortly after ordering, he came across poor reviews saying that the order takes too long to arrive and the sizes run small.

I tried to request a refund on the site, but it kept sending me to an error page. I ended up reaching out through PayPal, and I received a message from the company after I opened a case.

The company asked what was the problem, and I explained that we needed to cancel our order because we would not receive it in time. They said it could be shipped the same day. I requested a refund again, because I couldn’t not count on this “same day shipping”. They said that they could NOT (in all caps) cancel my order because they shipped it after I asked them to cancel it. They also told me I had to wait to receive my order and send it back to receive a refund.

Don't be fooled or misled by the American name or the Texas address or the English language used on this website. This is a Chinese company based in China and is simply using an English website to deceive customers. All sizes for all items are in CHINESE measure which are considerably SMALLER than the sizes used in America. If you order an item from shopnewlook, if and when it arrives it will be sized in accordance with the CHINESE measuring system, NOT the AMERICAN system.

The jacket I ordered was not at all as described. The sizing was way smaller than the chart indicated, and looked different than the picture. It came from China, which was unexpected, as the company says the UK. It took much longer to arrive than advertised as well. I am very frustrated, as I requested a refund (they would not respond directly to me through their customer service email but luckily responded to Paypal), but I now have to pay to ship the item back when it was not my issue! This deducts from my refund and has been such a waste of my time. I do not recommend.

I haven't received my shipment it been over 14 days!!! Where is my things. I will kill yall about my money.

The shipping information Is not Correct.This place is in China somewhere.It took 20 days to get to me but when I did receive it it was just as it looked..Just make sure you Order two months in advance so you be sure to get your order..besides the long wait it was a good item..

After I didn’t receive a shipping confirmation a week after purchasing a dress, I emailed customer service and was advised that “we have no idea when your order will ship as we’ve had a lot of orders recently”. The dress was for a wedding next weekend, and at this point, I’ve waited for 9 days to learn that they won’t be shipping my order.

this company has not sent my order and has not replied to any of my emails. it should be reported to the better business bureau.

I have reached out to this company in regards to my order on numerous amounts of occasions honestly more then I should have. At this point either give me what I paid for or cancel the order and refund me it’s just that simple. I have reached out to PayPal as well to assist me with this matter. Take it from me do not spend ya money with these people.
