I have placed an order on 02/02/2024 on…

I have placed an order on 02/02/2024 on 02/05 they created a shipping label and marked my item as shipped but when I check it via UPS it still shows that my order is waiting to be received by them! When I tried to contact them via live chat no one answered than I checked their email and surprise surprise it’s a Gmail account! I will be disputing them to PayPal! The only reason I purchased from them is because they had PayPal as a payment source. I don’t recommend buying anything from this company. I’m usually smarter than this but seeing that they had what I was looking for got the better of me.
