I had a problem with the water bottle. I emailed them and they replied immediately. They asked a few questions and then said they would send me a replacement. Excellent customer service.

Bad customer service and still waiting…

Bad customer service and still waiting on delivery!!!
I read reviews after purchasing so probably wouldn’t have ordered from them if I read reviews beforehand!
I made an order on the 11th, I had a confirmation email which said I could track order on shop. There’s been no updates whatsoever despite messaging them several times. After 12 days I receive an email saying my order will be chased up, which I replied to and again radio silence. The number to contact them isn’t a valid number and no one responds to online chat. 2 weeks now no delivery…
I’m giving it a few more days before I cancel order and get a refund which I imagine will be a headache too. Avoid!

DO NOT BUY

DO NOT BUY. 1 star is too high for this company. They don't respond to any emails or online chat if you have a problem and the phone number doesn't work to contact either. They sent me a shoddy product and now I'm stuck with it because they have such poor customer service.

Hoodies arrived quickly and are well sized and good quality. I'm sure they will love them when they get them on our trip.

Do not use this web site…the company does not exist

Ordered hype lunch box on 30th August. I am still waiting for delivery I have emailed three times…used on line chat and tried the phone number which is obviously fake. Do not use this company.to add more insult this in on their web site
“A small team of Mummys, Daddys, Grannys & Aunties now are the heart of Mini VIP and we create, make & pack each of your orders right here at Mini VIP HQ, Lochgelly, Scotland”
The web site should be shut down and whoever is running this scam should be prosecuted

Do not order from here, the customer service is awful, noone replies and it says order between 4 to 6 days and its nearly been 3 weeks. Absolute rip off tbh.

Do not order from this website! I have definitely learnt my lesson to always read reviews before purchasing! Website says delivery between 4-6 days it has been 14 and I still haven’t received my ordered. I did email and I did receive one back however they did not have an answer on to when it was going to be shipped. There seems to be no way of communicating with them. Awful experience would not recommend!!

Poor customer service

I order a set of backpack, lunch box and drink bottle. I paid extra for quick delivery. I only received the backpack and water bottle and a piece of paper that said lunchbox to follow! Ive called and its always engaged have sent 2 emails and not heard anything. Had to pay out for another lunchbox as it was needed for my son to return to pre-school

AVOID unfortunately I didn’t check reviews before I ordered over 2 weeks nothing received on with my bank now for refund.
Customer service non existent no reply to emails phone number supplied permanently engaged definitely a poor business AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!!!!!!!!!!!
Purchased aug 21 still waiting sept says 3-5 working days

Terrible service from start to finish

Terrible service from start to finish. Time from order to delivery was significantly longer than detailed at order time. No response to emails. Asked for order to be cancelled as the gifts were end of term gifts - again no response and products delivered over a week after the end of term. Will not use again.

Awful service

Awful service. Items arrived 20 days after the date stated. Failed to reply to 5 emails sent directly and only replied to a third party. Should refund items but the seller is not responding.
