Update 4/2/26 still zero communication from the company. Submitted a warranty claim and also nothing! They will just take your money and when the watch fails you will have a paperweight. HEED THE WARNINGS DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!!!!

My watch suddenly started to experience…
My watch suddenly started to experience issues with the buttons to toggle thru options. I wore it every day and took it off the rotate to turn on. So needed the toggle buttons. Due to these issues I sent an email to Luxium, no response.
I turned the rotate to turn on watch due to the button not working properly. Then they just stopped working completely. I sent another email, no response.
Rotate to turn on started to act up with not working properly. Now it has stopped working all together.
Will send one final email to advise of my issues. But to date no response with any correspondence to the company.
It appears zero customer service for me. Regardless I will have to purchase another watch from a different company.

FYI: my watch was purchased sept 2024. My issues started in last two months. So it was only about 15-16 months old. And watch was never worn in water or damaged.
