Picked up the ultra mostly for the look, wasn’t expecting much tbh. But after using it a bit, the tracking is actually pretty solid. Steps, sleep, heart rate all seem accurate enough for me.

Checked the shield heart rate against my chest strap and it was pretty close. Wasn’t expecting that level of accuracy honestly.

This is the worst watch buying experience ever. I've tried several times to contact you regarding my issues. I tried to cancel before my order was shipped after reading real reviews. Once the watch did arrive it look like it came straight from temu, you guys slaped on a shipping label from Henderson, NV and shipped to me. The extra add on watch band is also as cheap as can be. The tool to resize broke and couldn't even push the pins. Everything about the watch and the band is a disappointment. No customer support or contact after they collect their money. Very frustrating and disappointing.

My kid wanted an apple watch but i got him a stinger instead. He wasn’t sure at first but now he likes it more.

Ordered a stinger for myself and then ended up getting one for my brother too. We both use them at the gym and they’ve held up well so far.

Didn’t think I needed always on display but the stinger makes it really convenient.

Had a quick question about sizing and shield support replied pretty fast. Felt like an actual person responding.

purchased my watch on 2/21/26, Luxium Shield smart watch is no longer working.
Will not charge. Will not turn on. Display will do nothing
Submitted request for replacement as of 4/6/26 per warranty requirements. No response and it is 4/15/26 as if this review.

Called customer service #. Mailbox is full so not able to leave a message.
Responded to several promotional emails including one from the “owner” of company. No response.

Strongly advise to not purchase from this company. I understand issues happen but when there is no customer service, lifetime warranty means nothing and your just wasting your money.

My shield charges crazy fast. Like under an hour and I’m good. Battery lasts days which still feels weird coming from daily charging.

Tracking water intake on the shield app actually helped me drink more.

Bought the ultra for my son after graduation. Now he won’t stop talking about it and apparently his friends want one too haha.

The stinger sits nicely on my wrist without moving around. Feels comfortable even after long hours.

Product arrived fast. And the watch was everything I hoped it would be

The watch I received was fabulous with no issues at all. Took me a bit of time to scan to set it up but is one of the best ones I have ordered. I would recommend this watch to all my friends. Great job Lucius

Compared the ultra with my friend’s samsung watch and honestly it holds up well.

Wore the stinger to a wedding and got a few compliments. Didn’t expect it to go that well with formal stuff tbh.

The ultra arrived earlier than expected which was a nice surprise.

Gave the stinger to my dad. He figured it out pretty fast even though he’s not great with tech.

My apple watch died and I didn’t wanna spend another crazy amount. Got the ultra instead and honestly it covers everything I need. Looks better too imo.

Use the shield timer while cooking instead of yelling at alexa lol.
