Do not use this site it's a scam.ordered an item and got nothing.no reply to emails either.

Do not shop from this place , they are a fraud , they put an incomplete address on shipping so you will never receive your item , ups sends the item back to them but they will refuse to send it back to you or give you your money back ! Nothing but a scam! They only want to steal people’s money .

I received a message from a friend saying with double 'wow!' emojis, they think I'm in this YouTube video that I should watch. But the next click says Facebook needs to verify my details first. Phishing scam I suspect.

This website uses facebook bots to infiltrate people's facebook accounts to send clickbait links through facebook messages to get people to visit the website.
This website has paid for fake 5 star reviews. This website is a scam designed to take money out of your account with false advertising. You can attempt to purchase an item for $20 and the website will take $60 out instead and cease all communication.
Do not trust this platform.

Soon 2 month since I ordered, still have not got my package. Have had contact several times with Shoplo and getting the message all the time that it will soon been sent to me.

ShopLo started well for me, despite some odd aspects to their shopping basket (customers get an order confirmation even if they do not complete payment).

However last month ShopLo for some reason changed my package to one three times the previous price. I spotted this and asked them to change it back. They ignored me and charged my debit card with the higher amount. They have ignored all attempts at communication since then.

It is hard to resolve problems with a supplier who treats you this way.

After researching and even having a free trial with another website provider, I decided to build my very first own e-commerce store with Shoplo. I have had my website now five months and have been very satisfied with the service.

There are some teething problems like some of the help pages still come up in Polish etc but on the whole the service has been brilliant. I have a hand made business and IT really isn't my strongest point but if I've had an issue, I've received a helpful reply quickly, from a real person and on few occasions they even did some of the setting up for me as I couldn't figure it out myself.

Shoplo has very much a small family business feel to it, you will get to know the names and I like that it's fairly informal yet the Shoplo staff are very professional. I'm sure on occasions I've submitted some "stupid questions" but they have always replied and helped in a very friendly (and patient) manner.

Thank you Shoplo staff (Phil, Ivanna, Monika, Krystian) for making my first on-line shop a reality.

I love Shoplo. I don't always keep up with all the info but that's on me.

For me shoplo is the best platform. I have searched for many similar platforms, but none was able to provide what I expected. I needed something clear and understandable. When opening my shop, or maybe I'm not a computer technician, I had some problems not to pass (so I just thought) the whole team of the shoplo was always helpful, never criticized my questions, so basic, they helped solve my problem. The platform itself is great, I can fit the store to fit my needs and at any time change to another template. The magazine is very readable. I used to have a chance to work on a competitive platform, I can say that there were always problems and never the state of the magazine disagreed with the actual state, had to pay for the facilities. i started my ecommerce business quite recently and was overwhelmed with the variety of platforms....finally i chose shoplo because they seemed trustworthy..they don't surprise you with any hidden fees, don't require cc details for the free trial, most features are included in the plan, and in other cases prices are clearly indicated upfront...AND NO COMMISSION ON SALES...it's been 4mo now and i think it was the best decision! i could create my own theme that looks exactly how i imagined and the store has all the functions i needed to sell my jewellery. definitely recommend

I'm a loyal Shoplo customer especially because of their outstanding customer support. They also a have transparent price approach. You pay for a fixed subscription, which is clear from the beginning, and you don't have to worry about paying for any sort of updates or hidden fees.
I'm currently trying their new app, Shoplo Multichannel, and I gotta say I already see this will be a huge time saver. Looking forward to Shoplo adding new sales channels to it.

I highly recommend the Shoplo Multichannel Store. Very time-saving tool and easy to navigate. I don't have to waste my time on stock updates anymore. This tool is great for anyone who sells via more than one channel.
