I've been looking for vegan Chelsea boots for quite a while and I'm so happy I've found these ones. Excellent quality and they're very comfortable. They're slightly heavy as the sole is chunky, but you get used to it within a few minutes. The buying experience was seamless and delivery was pretty fast. I highly recommend this company, thank you for everything you do for the planet and the animals.

After I complained about Immaculate Vegan on this site, they responded immediately. So helpful, thoughtful and kind. They have offered to reimburse me for my purchase, which they didn’t have to, and apologised most sincerely. It’s not often that you get an immediate response from these big companies, and I’m so impressed by their customer service. I think I must just have had a blip. Do buy from them, you will, at least know that they will help if anything goes awry.

Great costumer service but I can’t zip my boots up I have to tie and untie the boots to wear them the zipper gets caught on material inside the boot a flap inside the boot

The service itself was very good but the product itself it is a bit unstable compared to another vegan sandal i had before.

Really unhappy with my purchase. I wear a size 9 1/2 US in all my shoes. I bought a pair of vegan boots where the size description was a 41 based on a size 9.5 US shoe size. I’ve also purchased a pair of boots from the same company and size 41 fit me just fine. When the boots arrived, they were at least two sizes
too big for me. My foot was sliding in the boot, even with my thickest sock. I reached out to the company and they told me to return the shoe. However, the price to return was $100 for shipping. They would not pay for the shipping, even though I sent them a video that the shoe too large for me. The company has been unresponsive. Please be warmed before you buy that if it’s a manufacturers defect or a sizing error from the company, you will be responsible for paying international shipping fees. I advise everyone to be cautious of this when buying from this company.

Very nice quality, totally worth the $. I did have to size up to an 8 though, normally wear 7.

EDIT: I heard back from IV before the reply was posted, and received a refund and information about the order via email. I'm also being helped to find similar items in stock! I originally gave 1 star due to the lack of communication, but have increased to 3 because the stock issue is not their fault, and also for the friendly customer service and personal help I'll be receiving to make sure the next order goes smoothly.

I ordered some shoes from Immaculate Vegan on November 17, 2025 and haven't heard any kind of shipping update. At the time of writing this review, it is December 10, 2025. I reached out to customer support using the Contact Us form on their website on December 3, 2025 (1 week ago) and received an automated reply saying they will try to get back to me within 24h (weekdays) or 72h (weekends/holidays). I have tried using the page to track my order, and every time I load that page it shows the latest status is "YOUR SHIPMENT HAS BEEN PROCESSED AND TRACKING INFORMATION WILL BE UPDATED SOON". The timestamp on this message changes every time I refresh the page, which means it is a default message when there is no true status. I have received many marketing emails from IV in the last 3 weeks, but I have not received any correspondence in the last week pertaining to my order. I have been watching my junk folder like a hawk.

I'm worried because one of the items I ordered was low in stock. It appeared there were only 2 left at the the time I placed my order, and I'm worried that the shoes I bought were sold to someone else, and they haven't fulfilled the order because there is a supply issue.

I would be happy to improve the rating and update my review if/when I hear back from the IV team on my order and some kind of resolution is reached. I noticed the team seems to reply to people on here so maybe my order will be noticed by posting here. I would really like to avoid doing a chargeback, but if I hear no update on my purchase I will have no other choice.
