This company has to be a scam. I ordered the pumpkin seed oil capsules on June 1, 2025. I began emailed the company a couple weeks later due to not receiving my order. It’s been a back and forth of lies from them. Today is July 14, 2025 and no order received. They want to refund me half of what I paid and call it good. They should be investigated by local authorities. Bad bad business practices.

I wish I could give this a 0. I can't stress enough to anyone considering ordering from this site. IT IS A SCAM. They start charging your credit card and there is no way to stop it other than canceling your card. Customer service is through email only, no phone number to talk to anyone.

I ordered one lot of pumpkin seeds and now they are taking more money from my account without me saying so!!

Ordered on April 8 and here it is June 20 and still no product. I've emailed them three times to find out where the order is and point out that the China Post tracking number they provided doesn't work. If I had known the product would be coming from China I wouldn't have ordered it. I requested a refund in my last email to them. Their reply was that they would investigate. I replied that they had 24 hours to reply and provide a resolution, but that has passed. I'm going to do a chargeback on my credit card to get my money back. Don't waste your time with them.

I purchased pumpkin seed capsules on the 22/04/25 from Lenora order #9308 still not received my purchase!!! .. I emailed them on the 25 may got a reply saying they were investigating were my order was .. no reply since !!
Emailed again 2 days ago .. no reply..
I feel this is a scam., the have taken €54 of my hard earned money.. and I have nothing to show for it !!!

I’m sorry to read that you’ve not received your purchases. However, I can only comment on my personal experience. I received mine within four days of placing the order.

I’ve been using this product for two weeks. My hair has stopped shedding which has to be a bonus if nothing else, as for hair growth, I’m advised that this can take anything between 3 to 6 months.

For taking, I opened up one of the capsules to check on the oil consistency, pumpkin seed oil should be greenish reddish brown, saw palmetto is also reddish brown.

Personally, I don’t think it’s a scam 🤷‍♀️ if it is a scam then these capsules didn’t cost me no a lot of money. And my hair has stopped shedding so that’s gotta be a win. 🤷‍♀️

Therefore, I’m awarding three stars as it’s too soon to say if it’s going to help with hair regrowth!

Terrible service and customer support!!! Ordered product over a month ago and still have not received it. Their customer service is a generic response that gives no additional information. I would NEVER order from this company!!! I’m currently filing a claim with my credit card company for fraudulent charges.

placed an online order for their pumpkin seed oil in March 17 2025. Here we are at May 4th 2025, still no product. Tracking says order complete. Never received. You cannot call them, they do not take customer support calls, you can only email them. and wow, guess what? they do not respond to emails. I should have known.
Company is a scam, they take your money and run. Additionally, while their online presence appears like they are a US based company, they are not, product "apparently" ships from China, as the original tracking number comes from China Post, and then no more information is ever available.
Cannot say strongly enough to absolutely DO NOT place any order with this website, as they are illegitimate and a complete scam.

This company is a fraud. They take your money, no product arrives, refuse to give a refund. Absolutely dishonest. Don’t waste your money or time.
