Excellent customer service and support
I had purchased a Kitchen Mama 6 weeks ago, and it never worked properly. I contacted their customer support, and was asked to provide some detailed information and a video of the issue. Once I had provided the requested information, I quickly received an email stating that a new product would be sent. I also was given emails to update on when I would receive the replacement product, and was contacted to make sure that it was received and working properly.
Excellent, 5 star customer service and support of their product. And the replacement product that was sent worked perfectly! I am a happy customer

Nicca and the customer service team have been phenomenal. I had issues with Amazon in getting a replacement opener, as the first one unfortunately wasn’t working properly. However, when I wrote into Kitchen Mama support, Nicca greeted me with kindness and amazing customer service. I already received the replacement and I can’t wait to use it. Great Customer Service From A Caring Company
I had such a great experience dealing with Serge and his team at Kitchen MaMa it is almost unbelievable. I contacted them by email stating that my can opener was starting and stopping randomly and asking for suggestions for repair. I really didn't expect an answer because in this day and age you seem to never get anybody that cares. To my surprise, I quickly got a response and we exchanged several emails with different suggestions. Ultimately, this led to them sending me a brand new can opener to replace my old one, which I had been using for some time. In my opinion, they sure went the "extra mile" for me.

Kitchen Mama has one of the best and easiest Customer Service departments that I've ever experienced. The representative was quick to respond to my inquiry about my broken battery operated can opener and after asking some very specific questions concluded that a new can opener should be sent to me-it arrived in just a couple of days. Additionally, the representative suggested that a rechargeable can opener by Kitchen Mama would do a better job on larger cans. I am considering purchasing this item! I am very pleased!

A pleasant surprise! And a great product
My friend and I were talking very recently about the fact that companies do not have good customer service any longer. Well, I have to take that back. Kitchen Mama has great customer service. My representative was very helpful, knowledgeable, patient and kind. I'm an older lady who does not always remember everything with previous transactions. He stuck with me and over time he got my problem resolved. I love my touchless can opener and one of the great features is it removes the lid around the top of the can and does not leave a sharp edge to possibly get injured on. I will definitely buy from Kitchen Mama again!

Doesn't work.
The product looks great but unfortunately doesn't open cans. As the product was purchased as a gift, we missed the 30 day refund window. Customer service refused a request for a refund under the one year warranty, offering an exchange instead. But why would I want to send a second gift of a defective product?
Update: The company provided a refund. I have changed my rating from 1 star to 3 stars.

I loved their customer service
I loved their customer service. I had a can opener that I bought from them that was damaged in some way that I didn't know about. I wrote them an email to see if it had a warranty and to my surprise they told me that the warranty was for one year. I love it! Not many products have such a long warranty. Anyway, we wrote a couple of emails to each other asking me to test the can opener and send them some information. That was it. After two emails I already had a new product in my house. The warranty process was very quick and easy. I recommend it 100%.

After about 8 months of use, my can opener stopped working. I contacted KitchenMama and received incredible, quick, detailed support on how to submit for a replacement.
