Shipping fees and other fees are too expensive

I sold my phone through them and received an email on 5/28 stating that my payout would be sent to my PayPal account. However, when I tried to access my PayPal account, it was locked and I couldn't receive the payment. Not only was this process inconvenient, but it left me feeling very frustrated and upset.

THEY DONT ACCEPT CASH! I had taken a 45 minute drive to the store specifically to purchase an iPhone XR, but was unable to do so due to their policy. This caused a lot of inconvenience for me and I would've preferred knowing this beforehand. The support agent at the store didn’t even seem concerned or helpful almost all of the XR colors are sold out…

Shopiosx supposedly offers a valid parking pass for the store but I tried it 3 times and it didn't work. As a result, I had to spend almost the price of my order on parking - which is absolutely ridiculous. Shopiosx should invest more in their services so that customers don't have to unnecessarily pay for something like parking.

My parking pass expired before I was done checking out, resulting in an expensive ticket. I reached out to the HQ and corporate regarding this matter, but have yet to hear back from them. This is unacceptable customer service and needs to be addressed immediately.

I recently purchased an iPhone 12 Pro Max from Shopiosx, and while the shipping process was super quick and efficient, when I opened up the box there was a glaring issue. The clear case that was supposed to be included in my order wasn't there! It was a huge inconvenience for me as I had to send in the receipt multiple times before they finally agreed to reship the case. Consequently, Shopiosx only deserves two stars from me for this experience.

I went in to pick up two iPhones and the customer service agent was incredibly rude and didn't explain that they didn't accept cash. Needless to say, I filed a complaint with corporate about the terrible customer service I received. Shopiosx should definitely focus more on improving their customer service as it's clearly lacking.

It seemed like the shipping information I provided was not followed, as my order was shipped to my billing address instead of the one I had entered during checkout. When I reported the mistake to them, they were quick to rectify it and promised me a redelivery of my package. But this happened on Memorial Day weekend which meant that they are closed for business, so I am still waiting for them to deliver my package

I placed an order for pickup for a gaming PC from their San Diego store and had an overall positive experience. The representative had a heavy accent, but was very friendly and knowledgeable. I did have to call support to help me place the order, but they were more than happy to help. The only negative thing was the parking - it's quite expensive. I found them on OfferUp.

Ordered an iPhone XR from Shopiosx May 10, Never shipped. Contacted multiple times, no response. 6/12 Still have not shipped. After many chats.

I recently had a horrible experience with my landlord who stole my iPhone order from Shopiosx. After contacting the police and filing a police report, I contacted Shopiosx to inform them about what happened. The customer service was really responsive and they escalated the issue right away. I was very upset but they were very understanding and professional. Although I'm still waiting for a response, I'm hopeful that they will be able to make it right.

this whole experience was dampened by this care situation… ordered an iPhone XR from Shopiosx and was extremely disappointed when the case I ordered didn't come with the phone. I called customer service and they reprocessed the order for the case only, but it will take 3-6 business days to arrive. This is not how I expected my purchase experience to go, and I'm very unhappy with it.

I brought an iPhone 11 Pro Max from Shopiosx on 05/13/2023 and was a little shocked at the shipping cost, the coupon I received was not just the cost of the product for shipping. The shopping cart discount was only 5%. I'm across the country from their location, so I was also a bit annoyed when I had to pay the $6 authentication fee. It's a good phone. Even a great phone. The exterior is in excellent condition. But what holds back the five-star review are the speakers. They sound like they exploded. Or water damage. I can't say. But it really sours the enjoyment of the content. Everything else on the phone is great. The speakers alone really make it feel like garbage.

I have been trying to get a couple of phones from these phoneys since before Christmas of 2022. They cancelled my initial order and did not return my full amount paid. So much for their money back gaurantee. The young lady was like your going to take what I I give you back and like it. I had no say in the matter. I was given a store credit that lost me almost $60. Ok, so I took the store credit and ordered 2 phones in March of 2023. Their emails say it was shipped April 14, 2023. I figured I would get my 2 phones and be done with this nightmare. Up to now, Nothing has been delivered to me and no one answers when I call. It times out after 30 minutes waiting. I checked their site and it says it was shipped. If you use their tracking number it doesnt exist on UPS or Fedex. I called many times and emailed them numerous times. No response. I guess they just stole my $1000. My order number is Order #iOSxDFHER
I guess you cannot get a phone from them unless you live in California and walk up to their office and pick it up. Not even sure if that is real either.
They even sent me a request to give them feedback on my order. How can I give you feedback when I have never received anything from you . My feedback would be 2 words and believe me they are not nice

I purchased two iPhones from Shopiosx and was very disappointed when I found out that I had to pay an extra authentication fee and a separate shipping fee. This added up to a significant amount of money that wasn't made clear at the time of purchase, and it really took away from the overall value of the phones. The iPhones themselves were on sale for only $400, so it seemed excessive to have to pay additional fees on top of this. I hope Shopiosx can improve their policy but they haven’t given me a coupon or anything, I found them on offerup and they delivered but the fees are irritating and egregious

I was so disappointed with the Shopiosx store in Bothell. I tried to pick up the iPhone and MacBook I wanted and they were out of stock. As a result, I had to place an order online and the shipping cost me an additional $78. Their lack of stock is unacceptable and they should do better at keeping their shelves stocked. Two stars is too generous for them.

I was feeling pretty frustrated when my My gift card wasn't working I ordered something for $550. They offered a generous discount for a gift card but when I tried to use it, there was no help at all.

I sold my iPhone 8 to Shopiosx and they deducted a significant portion of my payment due to the scratch and broken glass on the back. I understand why they needed to deduct the amount but I am still a bit upset about it. They should have made it more clear that there would be deductions for scratches, etc. before I agreed to sell the phone.

I spoke to a representative at Shopiosx about the specs I needed for a gaming PC and they ended up recommending me the Acer Predator Orion 3000. Unfortunately, it didn't work out for my needs and shipping was very expensive. The representative wasn't clear on what I needed and should have done more research before making the recommendation. It hurts me to say, but this was a terrible purchase. I've always been a fan of Acer's monitors and have heard their desktops were top notch as well. Unfortunately I found the exact opposite with this one. To keep this short, I went through several of this particular model all within a months time. Each one that was sent in was dead on arrival. Acer's customer service wasn't rude, so that's a plus, but was less than helpful. Thankfully Newegg let me return the last one I received. Moral of the story, when you think you've researched a PC enough, do even more research.

I bought an Acer Predator Orion 3000 from Shopiosx on 4/15 and was not happy with my purchase. The shipping process took 5 days to arrive, which seemed excessive for a gaming PC, and once it finally did arrive I was highly disappointed. The specs don't match up to the ones advertised, making it sub-par for gaming, and the overall quality of the product was not good. My experience with this PC has been one of the worst I've ever had. Either due to design or manufacturing issues a large percentage of these units have temperature defects right out of the box. My CPU runs at 100 degrees Celsius while idle! Unfortunately I did not diagnose this issue soon enough to return the product but if I could I would do so immediately. It is under-warranty and I am sending it back to the manufacturer, but that means I will be without a PC for a month, about as long as I have had this product. Also, I am not confident Acer can repair it, as they seem unable to build it properly in the first place. Do yourself a favor and but a computer that works as built; leave this one for people who enjoy trouble shooting defective products
