I sold my phone through them and received an email on 5/28 stating that my payout would be sent to my PayPal account. However, when I tried to access my PayPal account, it was locked and I couldn't receive the payment. Not only was this process inconvenient, but it left me feeling very frustrated and upset.

I placed an order for pickup for a gaming PC from their San Diego store and had an overall positive experience. The representative had a heavy accent, but was very friendly and knowledgeable. I recently had a horrible experience with my landlord who stole my iPhone order from Shopiosx. After contacting the police and filing a police report, I contacted Shopiosx to inform them about what happened. The customer service was really responsive and they escalated the issue right away. I was very upset but they were very understanding and professional. Although I'm still waiting for a response, I'm hopeful that they will be able to make it right.

I brought an iPhone 11 Pro Max from Shopiosx on 05/13/2023 and was a little shocked at the shipping cost, the coupon I received was not just the cost of the product for shipping. The shopping cart discount was only 5%. I'm across the country from their location, so I was also a bit annoyed when I had to pay the $6 authentication fee. It's a good phone. Even a great phone. The exterior is in excellent condition. But what holds back the five-star review are the speakers. They sound like they exploded. Or water damage. I can't say. But it really sours the enjoyment of the content. Everything else on the phone is great. The speakers alone really make it feel like garbage.
This company is a Bad Joke
I have been trying to get a couple of phones from these phoneys since before Christmas of 2022. They cancelled my initial order and did not return my full amount paid. So much for their money back gaurantee. The young lady was like your going to take what I I give you back and like it. I had no say in the matter. I was given a store credit that lost me almost $60. Ok, so I took the store credit and ordered 2 phones in March of 2023. Their emails say it was shipped April 14, 2023. I figured I would get my 2 phones and be done with this nightmare. Up to now, Nothing has been delivered to me and no one answers when I call. It times out after 30 minutes waiting. I checked their site and it says it was shipped. If you use their tracking number it doesnt exist on UPS or Fedex. I called many times and emailed them numerous times. No response. I guess they just stole my $1000. I purchased two iPhones from Shopiosx and was very disappointed when I found out that I had to pay an extra authentication fee and a separate shipping fee. This added up to a significant amount of money that wasn't made clear at the time of purchase, and it really took away from the overall value of the phones. The iPhones themselves were on sale for only $400, so it seemed excessive to have to pay additional fees on top of this. I spoke to a representative at Shopiosx about the specs I needed for a gaming PC and they ended up recommending me the Acer Predator Orion 3000. Unfortunately, it didn't work out for my needs and shipping was very expensive. The representative wasn't clear on what I needed and should have done more research before making the recommendation. It hurts me to say, but this was a terrible purchase. I've always been a fan of Acer's monitors and have heard their desktops were top notch as well. Unfortunately I found the exact opposite with this one. To keep this short, I went through several of this particular model all within a months time. Each one that was sent in was dead on arrival. Acer's customer service wasn't rude, so that's a plus, but was less than helpful. Thankfully Newegg let me return the last one I received. Moral of the story, when you think you've researched a PC enough, do even more research.

I bought an Acer Predator Orion 3000 from Shopiosx on 4/15 and was not happy with my purchase. The shipping process took 5 days to arrive, which seemed excessive for a gaming PC, and once it finally did arrive I was highly disappointed. The specs don't match up to the ones advertised, making it sub-par for gaming, and the overall quality of the product was not good. My experience with this PC has been one of the worst I've ever had. Either due to design or manufacturing issues a large percentage of these units have temperature defects right out of the box. My CPU runs at 100 degrees Celsius while idle! Unfortunately I did not diagnose this issue soon enough to return the product but if I could I would do so immediately. It is under-warranty and I am sending it back to the manufacturer, but that means I will be without a PC for a month, about as long as I have had this product. Also, I am not confident Acer can repair it, as they seem unable to build it properly in the first place. Do yourself a favor and but a computer that works as built; leave this one for people who enjoy trouble shooting defective products
