I had contacted the company after reading the trust pilot reviews as I’ve read many positive reviews elsewhere. There seems to me knock offs being made of this bottle hence the reviews. I asked for the exact URL to purchase and I was given the following.

Bad Quality
Too expensive and really poor quality, not worth it. After 2 to 3 days of use the bottom part got cracked very easy. Poor materials. Water was leaking and when I tried to fix it the "plastic or acrylic" got cracked then the water went inside the ioniser, now is broken. I made a complaint and still waiting the replacement.

Cheap dropshipping company not genuine…
This company is dropshipping cheap Chinese knockoffs of American brands. Do not buy, you will not receive a genuine ionizer bottle. The logo is not on the product, the box is generic and the user manual is broken Chinese English translation. Avoid wasting your money, we were forced to file a chargeback claim to get our money back.

MISSING PARTS, CUSTOMER SERVICE WONT HELP!
Product came with missing water bottle adapter! After contacting customers service, they told me to use a different size diameter water bottle, instead of sending me one.
I don't understand why I have to use different size water bottle when it should have come with an adapter!
Customers service reluctant to help! Customers service is ridiculously slow and not helpful!
The website states it produces 3000ppm. Tested several times the highest was 0.900ppm, a h2 tablet produces 2400 average (tested with new calibrated h2 prob)
The tested water was cold and filtered, bottle always failed to produce higher than 0.900ppm! A huge disappointment for something so expensive!

Regarding the missing water bottle adapter, I completely understand your frustration. Each package comes included with a HydroLite bottle, water bottle adapter, charging cable, inhaler, manual and a complimentary gift. Our support team provides free replacement parts in the rare case that items are missing.
In response to your concerns about the bottle performance, it's crucial to us that you have the experience you expected. Each bottle is tested before packaging producing a 3000ppm hydrogen concentration depending on the source of water. A genuine HydroLite bottle consistently produces those concentrations.
In any case, our one-year manufacturer defect warranty would cover the bottle from such issues. We can also provide free replacement parts if needed to ensure your product functions as intended.

SCAM
SCAM! Very dodgy company, avoid at all costs. They advertise a HydroLite bottle which hydrogenates water. There is an American woman advertising the product in the video and the item has HydroLite branding on it. However when receiving the item, there was no HydroLite branding on the product and all the packaging is in Chinese. Very misleading! I don't even want to use the product. I have sent them 2 emails and they have not responded to them! It has been 7 days and no response. I just want a refubd but they keep ignoring me. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE FRAUDSTERS!
