Faulty product, been waiting for a replacement for months. The customer service is "very sorry" and looking into it. I am very sorry for not doing my research before buying from this company. Expensive lesson, dont make the same mistake.

Terrible. Ordered in June of 24 and it's now November and still haven't received anything. They refuse to refund my money and also will not provide me with a address or phone number. I get emails from them telling me how sorry they are and that there working to resolve the issue and be patient. It's been almost 5 months now.

The worst company please do not purchase anything . They have no integrity . I paid 39.00 for them to ship me a replacement bottle . It’s been 6 months and they will not refund me . It’s about the integrity of it all . Such a scam . Who does that. They shipped it to 3 different states . Funny how funny when I purchased 3 of them the first time they got to me at my correct address . They are just making the emails up as they go as they want you to just go away . Karma is a tuff one they will get theirs !

Bought two bottle of Pro Hydroilte one month ago . Within 2 weeks , the order arrived. However, when battery was low, the button didn’t light up as mentioned in the manual. This happened in my both bottles . Contacted the customer service which is actually managed by one person called Lisa. She agreed to dispatch a new charging base which I had not received since three weeks now. The hydrogen produced by the bottle in its 10 min cycle is only 1500 ppb instead of 10000 ppb as claimed by its advertisement. I wrote to them with the picture attached and they wanted further video. I told them it’s their duty to prove their product is genuine and their responsibility to show us their certification from reputable institution of their hydrogen test results. No responses from hydrolite ahd Lisa after that. Beware, this is a scam and the product has not mentioned its country of origin. Don’t assume it’s from USA or Canada.

Made a purchase on September 7th, never received an order confirmation email. Left them a contact message on their website Sunday September 15th still no communication just read all the reviews this is obviously a scam company

Garbage company sells faulty products and then refuses to honor warranty.

Ordered from the company over 4 months ago without receiving my order. They have “attempted” to deliver my order on 2 occasions now but both times I was told that my package was delivered only to contact the logistics company and find out the package delivered was not addressed to me or my address. The second time they “shipped” my order they told me on Aug 9,2024 that no tracking number had been generated as the package was awaiting shipment. When I followed up a month later as I still had not received anything they informed me that in fact my order was delivered on the Aug 07,2024. That was 2 days before they told me that my package had not been shipped nor had a tracking number generated. I have requested a refund on multiple occasions but my requests have been either ignored or denied. I do not trust this company at all.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. It’s a scam, their customer service sucks, they said they mailed replacement bottles and the tracking info isn’t the correct address. They don’t refund your money. THIS COMPANY IS A POS and should be sued!

1. First of all the product is scam, it is a cheap Alibaba produce rebranded only with a logo.

2. Product does not work as promised and intended at all.

3. As soon as you paid they will never refund your money, even not with their 30 days money back guarantee.

4. Customer Support is not real, they are using fake names.

5. Company name and address are hidden everywhere on the webshop.

They scam you out of your money, DO NOT PURCHASE!

Ordered a replacement bottle cause I dropped the original one. I ordered it on April 26th and still have not received it (September 2nd). Lisa and staff tell me it’s been reordered twice but the tracking numbers don’t show anything and then they say it was delivered, which it wasn’t. Just a mess. I’be never dealt with a worse company for costumer service. I’ll be lucky to receive it within 6 months! Don't buy from this company.

Bought two bottles one for me one for wife. Both are not working. Product is cheap and doesn't last.

If I could leave less than 1 star I would!! F this company and their customer service. They will not refund you at all! They claim package was received, even with proof they said they can't refund, they'll ship another one to alternate address... BS

I've been going back and forth with them for months!!

Immediately after ordering - literally within less than ten minutes - I cancelled it, having seen some reviews. They told me it had already been processed (I ordered it at 5 am their time!) and I could return it when it arrived. Ha. They tried to get me to accept an extra one free, and when I said I wanted to return it and asked for the return address, that was the last I heard from them, in spite of several follow up emails. I did get a refund from PayPal in the end, but no contact from the firm at all.

Product stopped working after a few weeks. They claimed they would send me a new base. Waited over a month and didn't receive. Emailed them and they said there was a "glitch" in system and to wait another 3 weeks. Still haven't received yet they are claiming it was delivered. Worse company ever.

Product is actually made in China. You can buy the SAME EXACT water bottle from AliExpress for $65. I ordered it and it came with the Hydrolite box, sleeve, logo!

I have ordered a bottle of protector sleeve and still haven’t received it ,it’s been over 5 Months and they have stated that they had high number of orders ,I even sent them emails and they have only replied but nothing has been done .Also my charging port died and they said they were going to to replace it …still waiting on that too. Don’t waste your time with them bunch of liars

DO NOT ENTERTAIN THIS COMPANY. Shop elsewhere. Tried to cancel an order. Wouldn't let me. Tried to raise a dispute through PayPal. PayPal closed the case as item received. I've sent three emails asking for a returns address. Bot LISA MILES just replied saying order delivered. Won't tell me where to return bottle; just directs me to their returns page, which doesn't contain the address. Wish I'd paid with a credit card. PayPal hopeless and no redress for something not fit for purpose.

Everything everyone says here about their customer service is accurate. It's a bot named "Lisa" who points you to the tracking number over and over with every email even though you are telling them that the carrier delivered to the wrong address. And they make you contact the carrier even though it was THEIR system that messed up the address. I have tried to correspond with them over 5 emails with the same ridiculous response back. I now have to file a dispute with my credit card company because Hydrolite customer service is useless and I cannot find another way to contact them. SCAM

I don't usually leave reviews but felt I needed to do so. Beware! My son wanted one of these bottles for his birthday. We ordered and received free shipping - it shipped from a location in the US. We recieved the bottle and immediately on opening it my son decided that it was too small. We asked to return and I will say I received a quick responese from customer service. They offered me to keep the bottle and for additional funds they would send me a second bottle. I asked for the refund. They made me ship it to Canada to return it. I paid $30 to return and then they deducted another $146 in customs fees. I paid $239 and got $95 back - what a rip off - done with this company. Don't care what awesome thing they develop.

I ordered two rubber O rings for my Hydrolite product. This was well over two months ago. They have no phone support. I’ve sent multiple Emails directly to the company and filled out there website inquiry form on company website. They simply respond with form letters. They happily charged my credit card immediately for the items. I did not hear from them after that, so I began to send email after email, filled out their website inquiry forms again, multiple times. Finally, I received a form letter stating my product was delivered. Wrong name, wrong address, wrong State. I folllwed up with them, they blamed shipper. Shipper, in turn, blamed Hydrolite. So, I started the email and on line form inquiry submissions again. Nothing. Then I was notified the shipper sent my order again, this time to a different address and a different State. Now, I’m back to the beginning and simply receiving form letters that say the same thing. I believe I wasted my money, wasted my time and will never receive my order. In a nutshell, Hydrolite and its shipping partner have completely failed to provide me with my products that I’ve paid for and cannot seem to rectify my situation. “No integrity” should be their motto. I’m not at all surprised at the extremely low customer service ratings and negative reviews I’ve encountered all over the web about them. Shame on them. They obviously do not care. They are thieves. Do not do business with Hydrolite or you too will be exposed to suffering and disappointment.

Do not use this company. I received my bottle and I needed a new 0 ring cause it was leaking. I bought it….that was 3 months ago. They will not send me another one nor give me a refund. They keep saying the same thing’ we are having some issues right now please be patient’. They will not answer my questions they just keep sending the same response!
