Quick, handy, and great service
I have been a customer with Humm for a few years now, and have done over 3 purchases with them over the years. Most recently I needed to request for a small increase to my credit limit in order to complete a new purchase, and Connor J from their support team was able to get the whole thing sorted in under 10 minutes. Great experience so far, it's very handy, very quick to get set up, and great service. I can't recommend them enough.

Fast approval and ease of use
Fast approval and ease of use. The only thing I don't like was once you provide the amount of the item you want to purchase they will nase your credit limit on that amount. Me without knowing that was limited to lesser credit limit. And I believe that I need to re-apply in order to increase the limit which is another hassle in my opinion.

Our product is a personal loan so the amount applied for is the amount we are assessing a customer for which is why the limit is set at the amount of the request.

Easy, fast, convenient, flexible
Very easy application process and interlink with the order. I pre ordered the new Galaxy S26 Ultra phone and the application process was really smooth and prompt. I also love the 0% APR that Humm offers in addition to flexibility on the loan length and 1st payment date. Overall, would definitely recommend. Very safe and convenient service.

Site made a purchase on my behalf and…
Site made a purchase on my behalf and the cost was 200 euro more than I should have paid, then never received email to confirm the order they made but they told me the order had been made i contacted the retailer the claimed to have made the order from and its been 4 days now as it stand and the retailer said there is still no order from humm I have been constantly on to humm they wont directly answer my question on the situation but just reply to me with we need conformation from the retailer and that i have to get it. I told them I have proof from the retailer the didn even raise an order they requested i send it to them I did send it to them 2 days ago and still no reply also there Customer care staff has no clue how there service works witch shocked me. Customer Service should be trying to resolve my issue and not argue with me. Something has clearly went wrong and they want me to resolve it witch is unrealistic....
Avoid there is much better similar services
