Your service has to get better
Your service has to get better. There should be a way for members to see how much money they are getting each month. It’s frustrating because your agents will send out totals that are incorrect. Some of your agents don’t want to help members and are unprofessional. Some are rude, get short with customer and I don’t want to connect customers with a supervisor.

The program is too complicated. I had to call several times to set it up. Further, I never received the paperwork when I made my first payment and was denied shipping on some orders because I didn’t have the correct information.
