Scam , I order the merch on September and it still hasn’t arrived!!!’
Ordered a shirt for my daughter in July, got an update in August that shipping was delayed. When I asked for an update in September got another reply that shipping will be on November 1st. After that no more updates or replies to my emails.
I placed an order on the 23rd of July. When I contacted the customer service after a couple of weeks, they replied that shipping would begin on the end of August. Later I received a notification that all orders after the 20th of July, will be shipped on November 1st. However, I still haven't received any tracking code or even a confirmation that my order has been send. It has been 4 months and I still haven't received any information. This is not how you treat fans.
