Item not received!

Ordered a game console on 10th feb, dispatched 11th feb and was told 3-10 business days for delivery. Item has not arrived. Tried contacting company on the number on their website which doesn’t exist and also emailed but no response. Wish I had read reviews before ordering! Stay clear, £45 down the drain!

Good piece of tech, be aware of glitches and takes around 4-5 weeks to arrive

Took about a month to arrive, seems to work ok, haven’t had the chance to play on it much yet, due to a small child taking up my time 😅

It is a bit glitchy at times, won’t turn off properly or randomly turns itself on, which lowers the battery quicker than it should do, but a good range of games, easy to favourite too and to play, will hopefully be a treasured piece of tech that lasts for years to come 🤞🏻🤞🏻

I feel like this is a scam

I ordered consoles on 8th of Feb and still haven’t received them. I paid for priority postage and still haven’t received them. Had one email back but with no resolve or date I will receive product. I too feel like this is a scam. I brought for family holiday and now won’t receive on time. Don’t buy from this site

I thought i’d write an update since my last one star review. Despite placing the order with express delivery on the 2nd feb still no refund. Terrible service. I’ve now initiated a chargeback request through my bank. This company should be shut down.

Horrible Support

Placed an order a week ago, was promised 1-3 days of “processing” before shipment but still have not received a single notification about its status (not shipped still). Also tried emailing countless times and they just don’t respond, their responses under all these reviews say to email them but that clearly doesn’t work.

Anyone reading this please call the Better Business Bureau and get them shut down. They keep repeating lies and never send you the items you ordered. If enough people call they will get shut down. Scam company!!! I don't know how they are allowed to operate still.

It's amazing the depth of deception…

It's amazing the depth of deception with this company. First, with the social media videos, and then website. You'll notice there is no number to call because they are not actually in the US or UK like they claim. You have an email option, and the replies there are late, vague or non-existent. I have reached the max on my set delivery date window, and the website tracking info is useless, hasn't updated in two weeks. You'll notice the same generic answer on this site for complaints as well,

Not an ounce of sincerity or desire to help. And on cue, they sent the exact response to me that everyone gets (see below). And to top it off, I get an email advertising their bew console with more lies:
"Free shipping, aesthetic packaging and 24/7 support"
"Fully trackable shipping + optional protection"

And I got an email offering a free protective case for my inconvenience.

I wasn't going to write a review but…

I wasn't going to write a review but their first bit of correspondence nearly 3 months after my order wound me up.

I ordered two consoles mid November, expecting them within 7 days. This obviously never happened and looking at the reviews, was the same for everyone.

I kept chasing them up via email and their online form to no response. So I started thinking I had been scammed and after 3 weeks I put in a chargeback. Based on my evidence, my bank accepted this.

Come 23rd December to my surprise, they turned up.

The chargeback was still open and mid January my bank contacted me to say Gamelab are disputing the chargeback as the items had turned up. I accepted this and the chargeback was reversed.

I thought this would be the end of this but no, 6 weeks later I got an email from Gamelab, the first time they had ever contacted me, about the chargeback and that I need to pay them!

This company is just dreadful, I will not be using again.

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID, SCAM, SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICES…. I ordered my partner the handheld game…

I ordered my partner the handheld game boy in November for Christmas- plenty of time for it to arrive. Shipped on the 1st December and then shipping never updated at all. Try to contact the company many many times across different platforms- email, Facebook,instagram, phone number. Some of these platforms never got a response or just a generic ai one.
Continued to get advertisement emails and offers.
I finally received a generic email apologising for the delay and therefore they would send me a free gift as compensation.
Well I never received the product and I also never received no free gift. By this point it was a couple of days from Christmas I gave up chasing and went out and bought something else.
I got a refund through my bank as I couldn’t get through to a human to get a refund from the company either.

On the 12/2/2026 I get a email from someone called Luke from game lab (have no idea if it was as a real person tbh) telling me on there records it was marked as delivered yet there has been a charge back through my bank and they wanted to confirm if I got the product and how I was to proceed forwards to pay for the item.
I emailed them back on the same day 12/2/26 to let them know I never received the item, I’ve tried to contact multiple times and in the end yes I got a refund from the bank.
To this date 26/2/26 still no contact back from them and still no item received or free gift.

Absolutely full on scam and shambles.
It doesn’t even deserve one star, the company has shocking customer service and are liers I don’t even believe an item was sent.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

The company sends an automated reply on here to look like they will do somthing more to make sure you get your order but still nothing and still no refund

I placed an order on 17th January and paid extra for protected shipping. I still have not received the item, have not received any emails, and have had no response to multiple contact attempts. The phone number provided does not connect, and the tracking number no longer works on your website.
I have requested a refund multiple times a still nothing!

Order number not valid.

Ordered a console from them on 2nd February. After a week had passed, my tracking number could not be found and the company did not reply to my email enquiring as to why this has happened.

Consoole was due to arrive within 10-15 working days and I have had no communication regarding this at all.

I recently purchased a console and had a positive experience overall. The team kept me informed throughout the shipping process and notified me promptly when the package was handed over to the local carrier. I also appreciated that they mentioned they were closely monitoring the delivery, which gave me added reassurance.

Customer support was responsive (thou it will take 3-4 days to response), polite, and professional in their communication. It’s clear they value keeping customers updated and addressing concerns in a timely manner.

Overall, I’m satisfied with both the product and the service provided.

The worst customer service I've ever received

I bought four consoles in November they were supposed to be 15-day shipping the items didn't ever show up until January. I had reached out multiple times and received no response. I finally had to put a stop pay on my payments, and that's when I finally received a response. The items showed up in January. They are cheap knockoffs, two of them the buttons don't even work. This is a grimy company you should stay far away from.
