Do not rent any thing here!!! Very bad service and attitue, Once you've paid you tried your luck, nothing available! And they wont return your money

I placed an order 3 weeks ago and paid £15 for next working day delivery. It took 2 weeks to come and that was after days of messaging and getting no response. When it did come one item was wrong. Another week later I can get no response from this company to rectify it. If I could leave zero stars I would. Terrible fitting product when you do receive it! Do not shop here - they charge for services and products they are not capable of fulfilling. And good luck getting an answer if you do have an issue

I had ordered a top which was beautiful..delivered on time. But ordered again..my parcel ordered 19th January 2023 has not been received. Money taken, six messages sent...nobody picks up the phone. I am now out of pocket !!! No response either!!😡😡😡😡

Ordered next day delivery but took over a week and a half to arrive. I had to call the company on three occasions to ask for an update on my order.
I returned the items at the end of December and I have still not received my refund(£94.99). I have called the company several times but no answer and emailed on five occasions requesting a status update on my refund but still no reply.

A blouse was ordered on November 17th - the site would not accept our debit cards, and therefore we used Paypal. The order was acknowledged, but the, nothing. On December 3rd I enquired by email as to what was happening. No response. I telephoned on December 5th and 6th, and the number just rang out. I then sent an email demanding action within 24 hours and, lo, a response!
They told me 'Our system went down and so we lost some of our order details'. This email included our original order confirmation! Seems to me that they had received payment, and then did nothing.
Sorry, but that is pathetic, and the company should hang it's head in shame.
We are being refunded.

Lovely bikini but unfortunately the top wasn’t stitched correctly on the fastener . Not enough time to send back before my holiday so ended up having to sew it !!

Not what was expected, material not near the value paid for the dress.

The wrap dress arrived in good time but was not like the image. It didn't fit no matter how I tried to do it up which was very disappointing. I have sent it back but still haven't received my refund for the dress.

My dress is stuck at border control and hasn’t arrived yet. How do you think I can rate something that hasn’t arrived yet.

I usually am a 12 or 14 in size there wasnt much difference between them, the top part is too small and the wrap dress didnt cross over properly it was too gaping ....pity the dresses were really nice just not a good fit 🤷‍♀️

Beautiful dress but did not suit me. Arrived very creased, more than just packaging creases. Had to iron it to see how it would look alsovthe neckline wouldn't sit right. Good service for refund but shame i had to pay for return

I ordered a size 10 the same as I always wear
The blouse is too big and too expensive
it is without shape and it fits badly
I am not satisfied with the purchase very much
