My experience with ShopForYou was very positive. My items arrived safely and were well packed. It feels like you’re sending a list of things you want to a friend rather than a company. They will message you to let you know if something is out of stock etc while they’re at the shop in case you want a replacement or refund. In my case I chose a refund which was done via revolut within minutes. They also messaged me to make sure I received my order in good condition. They’ve answered all my queries through social media promptly and always with kindness and they will make sure you understand how to use their service until you feel comfortable to do so.
I’m definitely using their service again very soon.
