Fantastic Customer Service & Fantastic Car Covers
This was my second cover purchase and second 5 star review in a couple of months and I can't thank the Shop for Covers team enough for both the very impressive customer service and the fantastic indoor car covers purchased. Ordered the cover on Friday and was delivered to us in Western Australia on the following Tuesday morning so just over 3 days which is incredible.
Equally as impressed this time as the last and the customer service team are truly excellent.

UPS in Athens decided that, due to big volumes, cannot handle it and gave it to the state past office, for delovery!
End of story.

I paid EXTRA PREMIUM price, real cost less that 10 euros per item, and did not get it on time. Actually did not get it all.

We do want to clarify that it isn’t possible to pay extra for UPS through our store — we use the same standard shipping method for all customers. UPS has informed us that the delay is partly due to severe weather conditions in the region. Your shipment is still active in their system, which means it is not lost and can be delivered at any moment.
We fully understand how frustrating this delay is, especially during the busy holiday period, and we are monitoring the tracking closely. If anything changes or if additional action is needed, we will take care of it right away.
